I was all set, done my ucas and everything. then a few months ago I realised I really was not ready for uni.. but I hate the idea of a gap year (I'd be too bored) and coincidentally i wasn't doing too well in English so just decided to focus my attention on my two other subjects (sociology and politics) and fail English and retake it next year. Might sound daft but i'm totally fine doing a third year in college with an extra AS or BTEC depending on what the college policy is. I could focus all my attention on English as I'd already have two a-levels and my ucas all done from the year before. I'm just a bit worried now though because my revision for the exams I want to do well in is a bit of a struggle, I need an extra week. also worried how my older brother/dad will react once they find out I failed (my mum doesn't really care) :/ I definitely can't tell them I did it on purpose. oh well
