According to the Vulture article they've lowered some of the camera angles, so there will be a shot from the Kitchen to the Bedroom.

Probably no new house layout.

But they've teased a set redesign so maybe we'll see a bigger studio.

I also wanna mention that with this CBS is in with BB for a long haul if they're doing this.

It took 4 years to fully convert everything over, interesting

How even? The kitchen and bedroom are on opposite sides of the house with a camera run jutting out in between the two. Hopefully that means layout change, but even if not I'm just hoping for good design.

probably the camera is set in the living room and can reach from the Bedroom to the Kitchen.

It'd be awesome if it was a new set

Oh right could be. Apparently during an interview with Jeff for the life feed site, she said something about "still building the house" if she got her words mixed up, the beast finally went too far. You can't get an aspiring architect's hopes up like that.

Yeah that's true,

I think in a interview they did say that they'd have to rebuild the house because of all the wires about a year or two ago. Doesn't mean they're doing a new layout but there is that possibility.

Also today is media day, For newbies it's where the press go inside the house for the new season and play a week of BB in 12 hours. This is where they take the pics as well but there should be an embargo on those until the week after at least.
