How many housemates actually auditioned?

Well Pauline, Danielle, Kimberly, Steven, Mark, Helen and Winston have all been in the public eye before so I assume they're with agencies. Probably just headhunted by producers.

Tamara doesn't seem the type to audition to me so that just leaves Matthew and Christopher (both doubtful imo).

But if I could guess, Tamara, Spencer, Matthew, Chris, Danielle, Loseston. Basically not Helen or Kim. Mark auditioned too didn't he. Pauline probably auditioned too.

With Mark and Pauline, they auditioned but have media connections so were likely lock-ins.
