People who dislike Matthew

I've noticed that the people who dislike Matthew generally seem to be the type of people who can't distinguish between their, they're and there. The uneducated folk seem far too quick to brand him a snob, in my opinion.

Which is itself an unfair assumption based on, I'd wager, not much at all. And anyway, couldn't you think of a way to defend him against the snob claims without merely insulting those saying that?
