Craig Phillips (Series 1)

Craig was the original, and best, Big Brother winner from series one, way back in 2000.

Since he left the house he's been a television presenter and DIY expert, an after dinner speaker and a property developer.

But he's best remembered for challenging Nasty Nick Bateman on the underhand attempted vote rigging and generally being a jolly nice guy.

Brian Dowling (Series 2)

The second series winner was formally an air steward and became a successful TV presenter following his success on the show, presenting Big Brother from 2011-2013.

Runner-up to Brian was Cwmbran hairdresser Helen Adams who entertained audiences with her blossoming romance with fellow contestant Paul Clarke, absurd revelations - "I love blinkin' I do" - and her anger over a missing sausage.

Kate Lawler (Series 3)

Kate Lawler was such a boring winner, despite being the first female to win the competition.

After living life as a "celebrity DJ" and being splashed across the lads' mags during the 2000s, Kate is now working at radio station Kerrang! FM.

Runner-up to Kate was Peter Barlow look-a-like Jonny Regan.

Cameron Stout (Series 4)

The 31-year-old virgin from Orkney, Stout, was a winner with more than one million votes.

He has since gone on to appear on television and radio.

This year also featured another lovable dweeb, Jon Tickle - whose science knowledge kept him on TV for a bit, appearing on Brainiac and Mythbusters.

Ray Shah came second to the Scot.

Nadia Almada (Series 5)

After appearing on BB5 fiery Nadia returned for Ultimate Big Brother in 2010. She had several run-ins with rapper Coolio before being evicted 10th.

Anthony Hutton (Series 6)

Remembered best for his "romance" with fellow housemate Makosi, and the intense, and a little bit creepy, crush that hairdresser Craig Coates had on him.

After winning Anthony became a hair stylist and returned for Ultimate Big Brother.

Pete Bennett (Series 7)

Pete can be remembered for a lot of things, his Tourette's, his romance with Nikki Grahame, his silent disco dancing.

Since leaving the house he appeared on Sky Living's Four Wedding, marrying girlfriend Cherry.

They are now getting a divorce.

Wales' favourite lifeguard Glyn Wise was runner-up to Pete.

Brian Belo (Series 8)

In July 2008, Brian released a single, entitled Essex Boy, which failed to chart and in October 2008, Belo appeared in TV horror series Dead Set, both as himself and as a zombie.

In 2013 the Big Brother winner reached a settlement with ITV and Lime Pictures, after taking legal action against the makers of TOWIE - he claimed they stole the idea from him.

According to Broadcast, the case was due to be heard at the High Court but a final attempt at negotiations saw all parties reach a settlement that day.

Runner up to Brian was student twins Amanda and Sam Marchant from Stoke-on-Trent.

Rachel Rice (Series 9)

Surely this is the year that people started to lose interest?

Anyone else remember Pontypool-born Rachel? No offence, mind. But if you are interested, she's now a full-time teacher.

Runner up to Rachel was Glasgow's Mikey Hughes.

Sophie Reade (Series 10)

Cheshire model Sophie is still working for Playboy.

Well done her!

Josie Gibson (Series 11)

After re-entering Ultimate Big Brother just 18 minutes after finishing in 2010, Josie became a regular guest host on Channel 5 magazine series OK! TV.

Josie’s Twitter bio (@Josiestweet) reads ‘Proud Bristolian Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor’.

Aaron Allard-Morgan (Series 12)

Runner up to Aaron was Jay McKray from Newcastle.

Aaron has made several television appearances since leaving the house on OK! TV, The Wright Stuff and Big Brother's Bit on the Side.

Luke Anderson (Series 13)

The Big Brother 13 winner was from North Wales.

Luke’s dream of being a head chef must have come true as his Twitter bio reads "Winner of Big Brother 2012 and Head Chef @Thealvanley’"

Da iawn Luke.

Sam Evans (Series 14)

Another Welsh winner!

Cute and sweet (or boring and dull as some said) Sam was born 70-80% deaf.

The 23 year-old from Llanelli was able to stand up for himself and endeared himself to the public, winning as a result.

Literal nothing on arguably the most loved winner - Nadia and biased love for Sam

I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. Rachel Rice is Welsh and they pretty much slated her.

The best winner was Nadia, no contest! She's arguably the only winner who was still center to the arguments and could be a bitch when she wanted to be.

I cant believe this "Kate Lawler was such a boring winner" :o

Number 1 it's just badly written and number 2 Kate was far from boring.
