Pauline loves the sound of her own voice.

You can see how she's going to be in this show, giving the pep talks, being constantly upbeat (the self appointed house comic), but behind their backs, whisper about HM A here, gossip about HM B there....yep, she's going to be (as the cockney's say) Tricky.
