What are the nomination rules?

Seeing as the nominations have been done this weekend, do we know the rules ?

Is it back to '2 (or more) up' alongside the killer nomination? Or is it 3 up alongside the killer nomination?
Or are they just going to put up whoever gets one nom, or the more likely scenario ..are they just going to make it up as they go along ?? :joker:

I don't like the idea of too many housemates being up when using VTE, its just asking to public to vote out whoever is causing the most trouble.
I have a feeling we will be heading for an all male finale if this is the case! (Bar Helen)
