Pauline´s rise and potential fall

She was a launch night favorite and a clear favourite to win. But now after just 4 days being on a powertrip making decisions she has gone fast from hero to zero. Has there ever been a similar drop?

And can/will she turn it around?

I don't recall a decline in someone's popularity so fast. Although it is tough to judge what the general viewing public make of her. I think if Tamara goes it will be because of that clique, maybe then the others in it might start to think that they're unpopular too.

As for Pauline turning it around, well I can't see her doing that, I don;t think she has the ability to and with Mark & Helen as her close allies, I think she's done for. Having say that, the viewers sometimes have really short memories.

She had the majority of the forum behind her and i don't even think people had legit reasons for supporting her, it was such a big bandwagon purely based on her VT.. After we saw signs straight away of how terrible she can be this was always going to happen.

I dont mind Pauline, she has had her faults in this short time which have led her decreasing in my own estimations a lot but lets not forget that she has shown fun, caring sides to her personality too.

Maybe its the power, we will see. But she has plenty of time because she is well liked in the house (except Jale) so I cant see her being put up any time soon. Im pretty sure she'll still be quite liked with the offline public.

The older lady in the last series, Charlie's Mum (was her name Jackie? my memory is so cr@p these days), seemed to act with dignity and a style appropriate for her age - mostly, again my memory is not what it once was. Anyway, Pauline could learn a thing or two from her if she wants to be the house Mum.

Pauline could do a Lisa from BB10 where there's bigger targets than her in some weeks, but I doubt that she will ever be popular again.

yeah, I'd say this is the only one that comes close. although I was one of the few who didn't like her or pauline from the beginning :smug:.
