The show has nothing to do with BB anymore, it's now all about twists upon twists.

It's the only way to keep the show going sadly.
If we had a normal launch night most people would switch off straight away. Twists as used to keep the show fresh throughout too. Gone are the simple days!

Agree........we have seen this get worse in the last few series of BB, the producers constantly trying to bring in bigger and more unusual twists but in the process of doing this they have sacrificed some of the main guiding principles of BB.
for example, allowing HM to steal large amounts of the Prize Fund, having secret or open nominations and picking certain HM to be excempt or changing the nomination at the last minute.
and now with this current series having someone get a pass to the final from day 1 and another being up for eviction every week for no real reason is just plain stupid and ruins the program for BB purists like me.
I do like the odd twist now and again but I agree this has now gone too far. HM have no idea how to stay in the house as it now amounts to almost "pot luck" if they avoid being on the receiving end of one of these twists.

A weekly twist that could be overturned the next week is ok, but twists for a full series like already being in the final or being up every week aren't.

The drama last night was as a consequence of the traditional nomination process.
The "killer nomination " was a damp squib.

Short twists create unpredictability which is good, but a twist over a full series just creates predictability.
Maybe they should rename it Big Twister

This - I was waiting for some dramatic surprise last night and it turned out to be a complete nothing.

It's annoying, there's no format or reliability. It used to be a show of watching a range of people from complete different backgrounds try and live together in a confined environment despite never meeting people remotely similar in the real world... now its about a bunch of young beautiful wannabes fight for camera attention surrounded by random events and "twists". It doesn't make any sense as a programme anymore.
Hope they get it right next civilian series, I'm not watching this **** anymore, Celebrity one should be better.

Although the killer nomination will have more effect as the weeks go by as nominations that would have gone to Jale are given to other housemates instead. This will give the smug group a lot of power to pick off the opposition.

I quite like the twists, and everyone's used to them now. It would be quite entertaining to just put a load of HMs in there and leave them to it; they'd be constantly speculating on a load of non-existent things going on.
What pisses me off is when they don't follow the twists through.
It just shows they don't have to use twists. They had big drama last night over traditional nominations, the killer nomination was forgotten despite them planning on it causing a stir with showing it on TV to housemates then having live feed for another 20 minutes afterwards.

think they got the twists right last year. this year the twists have ruined it. big big mistakes and worst twists ever.
im a big believer in simple is best. less is more . subtle style but this year they have gone big silly twist after twist. and its ruined the format in my view. and my enjoyment

No.............the killer nomination could prove to be one of the main talking points of the series.
As Jale has this nomination and will now be up every week she has no need to be nice to anyone, in fact if she is nasty and bitchy to everyone the voting public might decide to keep her in week after week.
this would make Jale feel loved on the outside and continue to cause mayhem in the house.
This could be the whole reason behind the "killer nomination"

The thing is though. The twists are making it anything BUT fresh.
The irony is that if they simplified it again and left the housemates to get on with things, THAT would be fresh.

pas to final and killer nom is the worst things to ever happen to bb.
think about it/ jale is up every week. she now cant be nominated. helen is immune she cant be nominated. so now you got everyone nominating people they wouldn't of nominated.
we cant get one out and now we are stuck with the same boring one every week, it becomes predictable. and the one main thing of bb is its un predicatble thats its best point. and they have ruined that for the whole series now.

Jale is now living on borrowed time and everyone knows it. A vote to save and if she got big support it could be different. Vote to evict and people have to vote for other people every week to save her, I really don't see that going on for long.

There's that many twists it becomes hard to follow/confusing, it's hard to keep track of what's going on if you miss a couple days and I feel this may put viewers off.

They sold this years pass to final as the first time ,seeing who won it I hope its the last too

She's better off on VTE. If it was VTS, people would have to vote for her to keep her in every single week through to the end and at some stage she would lose that support, people don't care enough to keep doing that.
All she has to do now is be up against people causing more of a ruckus and they get themselves the eviction votes against her.

basically all she has to do is be a bore and she'll coast her way into the finals .

Half of what they call a "twist" nowadays isn't even a twist.
