Looks should not come into this show in any way whatsoever.

If I was in charge there (even for a bit) I would enforce a rule that states none of them are allowed to show any flesh at all for a week. Men have to wear a top at all times and the girls either have to wear trousers or ankle length skirts.

That would sort them out. Half of them would be lost.
