Has anyone else picked up on Pauline blaming others for their predicament?

Pauline said Jale made it easy for her to nominate her with the killer nom because of her(Jale) behaviour.

She said Christopher basically bought it on himself for being ostracized because he is selfish and doesn't share well??

Yet I've seen him offer food.

She seems to reach into peoples souls and rip out a piece of them, have you seen how she sort of comforts whilst driving the knife in.

This is why I have a problem with her she's a toxic person a classic psychopath.

Christopher did want to talk to her, but she walked away, yet she decided it was OK when she wanted to talk to him, looks like his mother did bring him up right because his decision to talk it out showed his respect for his elders, and the same goes fr Jale.

I would say everything negative she projected onto Christopher is a projection of herself.

EVERY time !! she turns it into the other person fault ,but the sick thing is, she convinces them it is and they end up apologising and crying

Yep, Ash had a large portion the time she singled out Jale, so it wasn't Jale putting the target on herself. Pauline did it.

And Winston had a massive plate of food the time she picked on Christopher. And you're right about her offering people some, it was while she was badmouthing him, calling him selfish to someone.

You could say that Pauline is a bit of a recidivist when it come to the subject :hehe:

..but that's quite classic 'bully' behaviour though...'if you weren't who you are I wouldn't have to be so awful to you, how stupid of you..'...blame/justification...

She may well look at her behaviour when she gets out and get the help she desperately needs, the bully behaviour she's showing is often seen in domestic abuse situations:umm2:

I found the scene with Christmas Chris quite disturbing; she systematically tore him down until he was nothing, crying, putty in her hands and then built him back up 'in her image'.

They then were walking around hand in hand; she's basically made him her bitch.

She's so condescending, I don't know why they all allow it but then again I'd imagine she'd be a very hard person to have a discussion with without you taking all of the blame

She has obviously sussed out the weak ones early on and will continue to target them. There's a few that wouldn't stand for her ****. The way she completely dominated the kitchen though was quite scary. They need to sort that out at once.

Yes, it's quite horrible to watch her do that to Christopher. I've gone right off Chris for nominating him. Why did he do that? He said the reason was 'because he felt so sorry for him'. Well, that should be a reason NOT to nominate surely, and to try to build the poor bloke UP - not DOWN.

The vast majority of them are naturally non-confrontational/wet I think; they are also still in the period where they are still trying to play nice and feel each other out. The only ones, I think who have the balls to confront her and shout her down would be Helen or Kimberly, but that won't happen for a few weeks, and 'P' will be long gone by then.

Claudia doing a Pauline :hehe:

But she's just awful the way she tries to belittle people and make them believe they have issues that they don't really have, she really is a horrible woman

its called the 'stockholm syndrome'. phsychologically, christopher has been slaughtered. He feels alone and confused. Nobody seems to want to be his friend. Pauline is the only one to approach him, so he is easy meat for her.

Interesting, I like the pychology aspect of the show, shame the Bit on the Pysch panel are a bit sheet with it all.

The house just has a really nasty atmosphere with some really nasty, selfish people in it.
Pauline is being allowed to behave like this as others have said nothing to stop her.
She keeps saying "If anyone has a problem with me say so" yet they all just look too scared to do anything.
Steven seems really aggressive to me & if he keeps going on about giving cigs to other housemates I'm going to scream.
Mark, Helen, Toya & now it seems Danielle are sheep following Pauline around.
If only one of the "IN" crowd would stand up to her, but I guess SHE would then play the victim & start crying.
She is a really awful person.
The part with Christopher last night was so sad to watch. She totally broke him.

Business as usual then?

People have to be of a certain personality type to want to even go in there in the first place.

These people tend to have selfish and narcissistic qualities, and that house is designed to bring those qualities out of them.

It is what makes the show.

Agreed but I think Pauline has crossed a line now.
The likes of Toya & Helen are bitchy & nasty at times but with Pauline, it seems she has a serious problem.
To want to break another person the way she tried with Jale & has succeeded with Christopher is truly scary. I really think she needs help.

If he can get approval from Pauline, the rest of the pack will fall into line with her. Pauline is the one who decides who will be liked and who won't.
The most horrible women ever to disgrace the BB house with her sadistic mind - **ck**g.

yeah I've noticed this, it's apparently never her fault. one of the most irritating traits in someone because they'll never take responsibility for their actions.

yeah that was horrible. I don't know if Pauline would've been like this without being the power hm early, I think so, but it sped up the process, I cant believe no one has told her to mind her own business when it comes to the food I don't know

Yeah I understand all that but Pauline doesn't have the whole house behind her, there are HMs in there who are neutral so why not go up against her, I thought he was a bigger character and had more balls tbh.

None of the neutrals seem willing to stand up to her, it isn't just Christopher. The only two who went against her in any way where Jale and Christopher himself and look where that got them - "it's your fault, you made me mad at you, this is what is wrong with you" tactics.
The rest see that and are keeping their heads down. Maybe if they formed an alliance they might feel strong enough to put her in her place but unfortunately they seem to have lost the will to live never mind fight back in that poisonous atmosphere.
