What happened for such hatred?

What happened between Jale and other housemates to cause such hatred?
I've only missed one or two episodes and in that time Jale is separated from the majority of the house.
Why do Pauline and Helen have so much anger towards her?
Have they turned the rest of the house against her or has she done something to cause the divide with the other housemates?

I think it stems from Jale not bowing down to Pauline so to speak. She told/warned Pauline not to do something like take her cigarettes away. As mentioned when she first learned that Pauline was head of house, she rolled her eyes.

The next big event was Pauline humiliating Jale over the amount of food she took for her first meal (or second) in the house.

Anyway Helen I believe is the one who witnessed the rolling of the eyes (it was never shown on the HL I don't think) and while with Tamara in the toilet she named Jale slugworth (I think it was).

I believe it's the way group dynamics work, they need an outsider or outsiders to from them to help define themselves as a group.

Jale was just the best candidate for it, she was seen as someone who would challenge Pauline. She was one of the new bunch, so she didn't have time to settle. And again being new, she would have any alliances. Plus I feel that her weight may have been a factor, as in she looked slightly different.
