If Pauline wasn't in the house, would Jale have been the bully?

This is all just assumptions etc etc but when I saw Jale's VT I got the impression she was a bit of a bully and was quite nasty...

do you think had Pauline not been in the house/started picking on her Jale would of ruled the house and started picking on others?

Remember Helen was the one who told Pauline Jale had rolled her eyes at her from the moment she walked in. So I beg to differ.
