Had a marathon this afternoon and it's been VERY interesting I think! Gripping TV almost, glad to see this series has held up while I've been busy

I have to say though I was a little worried going into it because I've seen all these threads about bullying and how uncomfortable and awful it is and that's not really something I enjoy watching either and I was worried my opinions of certain housemates may change, but...well...um...where is this bullying that's supposed to be going on? The night a group of them were all shouting 'boooooring' as Christopher walked out was really uncomfortable and unnecessarily nasty (it wasn't bullying though), but then I was waiting for examples of how Jale was being bullied but...they haven't come? Yes she's been criticised by Pauline and Helen etc on a few occasions for no reason and there's been a load of bitching about her but what's all this about her being isolated? Winston's talking to her, so's Chris, even Mark from what I've seen. And she walked into the bathroom and Ashleigh and Kimberly spoke to her too. She seems fine to me. What the **** are you all going on about? :conf:

On a personal level my opinions of Pauline and Helen have decreased but not enough to think they're bad housemates that need to be evicted...they've not been THAT bad, I mean unless I've missed something out which I don't think I have then what's all the fuss about? It's certainly been uncomfortable and nasty in parts but I don't see many examples of her being isolated or overtly bullied? Christopher was the only one isolated

I mean, Pauline's a less fascinating Carole without the benefit of being the only survivor of an awful boot order. She sucks, get her out, etc.

The bullying accusations have been way too OTT

I honestly haven't seen the bullying at all either. I just find this series to be ridiculously boring.

I dont agree. You are being naive what do they have to do to make it bullying in your eyes hit her? You are being too simplistic Jack.

It's said every year, yes. But this year it's justified. If you don't think so, well... that's your opinion. Me? It's been blatant and uncomfortable to watch.

Bullying is such an overused word when it comes to BB. The situation with Jale is not nice, but I wouldn't classify it as bullying.

True bullying examples: Shahbaz in BB7 and Lesley towards Sam in BB6.

If Jale was a hot little bikini-wearing girl, I would suggest this thread would be reading somewhat differently.

The bullying accusations are OTT sometimes, but Helen seriously is a nasty individual. She gets worse every night. Twitter/Facebook is a mess at the moment, I fear for Helen's safety when she exits.
