View Full Version : Helen did the same to Danielle and everyone was glad.

It's amazing how people didn't say anything when Helen was calling Danielle all kinds of names and then when she did it to Jale everyone was like she's such a bitch.

I don't like Helen, someone should put a muzzle on that bitch. However I think people liked it when she was doing it to Danielle, but when she does it to Jale it's bad. Regardless of the fact some people didn't like Danielle, she shouldn't have said those things to her.

Danielle was the only one who stood up to her, even if she ended up crying afterwards.

Very valid point!

No people were saying Danielle was homophobic and she deserved it. I didn't see anyone say oh she is being bullied.

I think the 2 situations are somewhat different. Danielle, unfortunately, DID make the 'sl@g' comment. She also complained, and complained, and complained a bit more about being ladylike and what-have-you. I'm in no excusing Helen's behaviour, but it's quite easy to see how somebody with a short-temper could get angry in such a situation.

However, in Jale's case, what exactly has she done to make Helen direct so much venom at her? I'm baffled by it...

I see so if you say something then you should get bullied...I don't think it works like that my dear. She made a general comment, she didn't say Helen was. Helen took it upon herself to say something to her. While everyone including Danielle's friends did nothing. Then Kim suggested that she should apologize to Helen, and it didn't go well.

Danielle didn't say it to Helen though, she just made a throw away comment about slags, Helen took it upon herself to wade in, and get very personal. Yet that was fine because "Danielle deserved it",

Because Danielle kicked off on Helen for no reason, Helen doesn't really have a valid reason to pick on Jale.

I didn't like what Helen did or said to Danielle, but I also didn't like what Danielle said. It was less a bullying situation and just an argument that both sort of started. Danielle's words got twisted and Helen overreacted and made it about her, but Danielle didn't respond well. But Helen did react on something that was said (something that implied everyone in the house was acting like a slag). That doesn't make it right, but it was a different situation.

With Jale, they ganged up on her for no reason and she doesn't done or said anything that warrants Helen's actions.

No, Danielle didn't "deserve" it, that's not what I'm saying. I'm pointing out that the comment she made was misinterpreted by Helen, and I don't in any way excuse Helen's reaction. Helen is a nasty piece of work with a short temper, which is why I understand how she reacted, but I don't excuse it.

In Jale's case, I don't see any reason for the level of hate from Helen.

I agree 100 percent. I'd like Emma to actually ask her what Jale had done wrong when Helen is eventually evicted in the final.

I think she was in the wrong both times. But people want to see what they want to see. It's fine if people want to say it was different, it was the same thing. It's just that Danielle held her own and Jale is pretending she doesn't have a mouth. I would have more respect for Jale if she would say something. Because she's not a kid, she shouldn't let others speak to her that way. I wouldn't care if I were evicted for standing up for myself.

I was bullied a lot in high school. Now I don't take s*** from no one.

Jale is playing the underdog to perfection.

Well the way Steven put it it seemed to Helen like Danielle was calling the girls slags. She was defending herself and her friends.

She didn't kick off on Helen, Helen was no where in ear shot, Steven carried the tale. Danielle didn't specifically mention Helen at all, just made a throw away comment about slags, Helen loves a ruck basically, I don't think she needs a reason to kick off or take exception, she is from the gutter.

No she wasn't, she wanted to rant because Tamara was nominated and she was mad.

She was defending herself, the way Steven put it, like I said before, sounded like she was calling Helen and the other girls slags. Helen asked her a question and Danielle was the one who started cursing at her ect. How is Helen's background relevant to her and Danielle's argument>

Come on, even Helen herself thought she took it too far. How can you defend something she found to be disgusting.

When I referred to Helen as being from the gutter I wasn't referring to her ex profession I was referring to her as a human being.

The Helen/Danielle thing was just one on one and resolved quickly because Helen quickly and brutally ended any hope of Danielle ever being able to shout her down. Since then Danielle has become a wallflower and is Kim and Ashleigh's eager little mate that follows them everywhere.

"Everyone was glad".

That's untrue. I certainly wasn't, and I remember reading comments from a lot of others who weren't, either.
