I think she does it when she gets emotional, I know someone who does the exact same thing when they are upset/on the verge of tears. I think it is a way to stop herself crying. Still think the Jale thing was blown out of proportion however

She smiles and frowns and laughs also Daffodil much like the others. Tamara nominated Kim on the first week for 'rolling her eyes' at her. To be honest I think everyone is reading too much 'Fifty shades of grey'. So what if people roll their eyes. I do it when I am bored with someone or if I don't believe what they are saying to me. Jale is WORSE than Kim for rolling her eyes but with Helens onslaughts on her I don't really blame her
