They are not 'merely' discussing her, they are throwing insults her way for the tiniest little things, even when she is doing nothing wrong. I'm sure you can see this yourself.

I love a debate as much as anyone but when people are throwing uncalled insults at someone when a family member might read such a post, I take issue with it.

You can discuss an housemate and convey your dislike of someone without resorting to inflammatory insults.
