I just cant get into it, when the highlights are on it may aswell just be background noise because its just not generally entertaining me this year.

Im not going to switch off because ive got BB ocd lol but I feel like if I did switch off I wouldn't really be missing out on anything.

Because you're getting cherry picked moments in a highlights show. People like to see them outside of the heightened moments in the highlights, in the many hours where they may actually be getting along and having conversations about something other than the power housemate. Let's you get to know them more and understand the house better.

I do kind of agree to be honest. I do find myself watching it just because its Big Brother , not because it's entertaining.

Because we don't get to know the housemates, all we see is shortened clips edited together and this year I feel like the edits are far more choppy.

We don't see much actual conversation, just a minute clip then a picture of a housemate wagging their finger then goes to another minute clip.

Plus we're not getting to know the housemates at all, we just know whose friends with who and what each person's opinions are on the power housemate. Wish we'd get normal conversations except just power housemate talk...

I'm enjoying it so far this year. It's not brilliant but I'm feeling engaged enough.

Can't say I'm as hooked as BB14 though.

The biggest flaw of this series compared to others, even BB14, is that there seems to be no concentration on getting to know the housemates. Normally by this point I feel like I know them well enough. This year I'm not feeling that. I like the change of the 'power' and theme becoming more of a focus although that seems to be sacrificed for what Big Brothers main purpose is, watching a bunch of strangers live together in a confined space.

The now non-existent live feed also makes you feel a bit far away from being close to the show or housemates.

It occurred to me that BB has become like TiBB. We see a couple of bitchy exchanges and then there's a sassy gif, then a bitchy exchange etc etc.

But, the editing is definitely choppy, especially with Toya. I don't know what she's talking about every time she opens her mouth.

I haven't come across any major audio problems although the volume usually has to be turned up a little for BB. I get the echo thing too although the C4 series used to have echoing too. Seems to just be because it's a large space so sound can bounce around a lot.

That task was so confusing to watch, it was like I and others said before very hastily chopped together. I dont know if it was their intention to try and make it look more fast paced and exciting but to me it came across as a bit of a mess. Was I the only one thinking why people were saying other people were showing their true colours ect and why they were so angry?

I felt I had not witnessed what had happened just Toya shouting everyone down and I kind of had to come to my own conclusion as to what actually happened.

Toya is brilliant but I have a feeling she will be gone next week which is a shame coz she is coming into her own. Could be another Charley 2.0

The egg task was amazing I have to be fair just due to Danielles face haha #GlamourModel

I think that this series is okay so far, I do think once Pauline leaves on Friday that all the other entertainers will drop like Flies as I get a BB5/BB9 vibe for this series for how badly the public voted in them series.

that will test them, see what rubbish they can find out of that lot

Yes totally agree.........have recorded all HL shows and BOTS as have been working abroad but now I am trying to catch up BUT yes I admit I have had to just FF through an awful lot as it is a bit dross at moment.

Hopefully it will pick up as we start to build up some attachments to various HM
