She's at a bit of a disadvantage to be honest, because I'm pretty sure that the argument Helen used with her basically implied to her that the BRITISH public would think she was out of order - like it was so quintessentially unbritish for a woman to share a shower with a guy who's apparently got himself into a relationship with a girl that he knew a week and now probably won't see for at least another 8. If the others hadn't had made such a drama out of it, I doubt whether it would even have made the highlights.
