Hobbies and interests: Role-playing games, the works of Terry Pratchett and looking at pictures on the internet.
Do the ladies like a boffin? So much so that I now never go out clubbing without packing my lab coat... very effective when it comes to the slow dances...
What's it like working with Richard Hammond? Great. The man is a true professional. But he does tend to go missing when it comes to the messier experiments.
Favourite series three Dear Jon experiment? Can you make someone wee the bed by dipping their hand in water while they’re asleep!
You work full time for the Gas Board - surely this must get in the way of being a Brainiac boffin? Not at all - it means I get lots of time to think up experiments and read your letters in between reading the meters.
Fave ever Tickle’s Teaser? Do octopuses have arms or legs.
