Why is ash angry at toya?

Basically they voted for Toya to be the Power HM, then when Toya actually did something with her power Ash got all pissy and called her a prick, and then when she tried to give an explanation he just started getting his gang (Winston and Marlon) to back him up, so Toya got louder as she was trying to explain the situation, but then it carried on outside and now it looks like the whole house hates Toya apart from Matthew.

If Toya had actually begun to explain, there would have been no problem, but as Marlon says, she went on for about 5 minutes saying nothing, then told everyone they better "calm the **** down"
