I can't be bothered anymore. Nothing she does is going to change peoples perceptions of her.

I think I'll be happy if she leaves Friday, it will be a sigh of relief.

When I see people being vilified for next to nothing, it's not only suspicious but appalling to see.

When it gets to this point where everything someone does is being dissected just so people can sprout nonsensical hate, it's ready for them to leave.

Tbh somebody else will get the hate instead, probably Helen. There always is going to be somebody who gets tons of hate. It wouldn't be Big Brother if that wasn't the case.

Don't you think that's taking it all a little too serious? it's only a tv show, Toya more than likely will never see most of the things said about her and if she did I doubt she would be bothered tbh.

And also there has been much worse things about housemates posted online than anything said about Toya.

I'm not patronising you, I'm stating facts.

The Toya dislike on here is nowhere near the level of actual hate for previous housemates.

The dislike of Toya has only taken over the last few days since Helen calmed down anyway. No doubt the tide will turn again onto someone else, don't take it all so seriously/to heart.

...as in what actually happened has been totally exaggerated. They've acted like *****, yes, but the accusations of bullying have been ridiculously blown out of proportion. It wasn't bullying, they were just being nasty to her. And if anything only Helen could be described as a 'bully' (she can't though), the people calling Pauline a bully...well... :umm2: I don't even know what to say, because she isn't

It actually pisses me off how much hate and how much wailing there's been about 'bullying!!!!!!!' yet there's some on here who seem to think Shahbaz brought on his treatment (which was real, genuine bullying in its worst ever form on BBUK) himself and it appears as if people seem to think this is the worst bullying to ever happen on this show when it's not even been bullying at all. That's what I mean when accusations of bullying are unjustified.

The treatment of Jale was unjustified too but she was accused of playing the victim so...

I've seen like two people on here accuse her of playing the victim and that's one opinion I definitely don't agree with

Of all the housemates that have appeared on Big Brother, the way I personally judge each housemate is on what they are like as a person. Are they a nice person, or are they a nasty person? Then there are varying degrees of nice and nasty. I don't like Toya and the reason is, she is not a nice person. Just as I don't like Helen, Pauline and all the dozens of other nasty housemates we've had over the years. You like Toya, that is your choice. Maybe you think she is entertaining and that is what you value most. Maybe you think she is a nice person. Whatever your reason, you shouldn't try and want everyone else to share the same opinion as you. There is no point in doing so because your own opinion should be the only opinion that matters to you.

Yeah I'm definitely glad the whole "is it or is it not bullying" debate is behind us but my two cents - whatever you want to think about them, they're clearly bullies, Helen especially, in the most playground sense of the word. Their purposes in the house have been to walk around and wait for someone to bring up whoever they hate at the time and then smear the **** out of their name. Like, Helen hurled insults at Jale because she had the audacity to sit on a couch near her. Fair enough if you like her and Pauline for bringing "entertainment" and "talking points" or whatever, but they both have clear MOs when dealing with people they don't like for whatever reason and they're way too nasty for me to swallow and enjoy.

I'm not saying I enjoyed the incidents, I didn't. I found them uncomfortable to watch and they were being nasty to her for no reason, but I don't see what you've just described as bullying. Smearing someone's name isn't bullying because that's behind their back, yes it's a nasty thing to do and it can potentially lead to others being horrible to her face and ostracising her, but smearing her name in itself is not an act of bullying. And the 'are you listening?' incident was a one-off and again, as uncomfortable to watch as it was - it wasn't sustained and prolonged enough IMO for it to be called bullying. Targeting and being unnecessarily nasty, yes, but not bullying.

basically it's going to take helen actually shanking jale before jack_ thinks it's ok to say she's a bit of a bitch x

Well no because they are (or were) bitches, I never denied that  I'm talking specifically about the label bully, which they weren't

The uncomfortable incidents, as nasty and as unprovoked as they were, were not bullying and again it really pisses me off how this forum was so up in arms about it all yet there's some on here who seem to think Shahbaz wasn't bullied or he brought it on himself. There have been far worse, real incidents of bullying in BBUK and it seems as if this time around it's been made out than the Helen/Pauline/Jale thing has been the worst it has ever been, when it hasn't.

Given the definition of bullying (using superior influence to intimidate someone) there is a very good case to be made that Pauline and Helen's treatment of Jale is bullying. Especially Helen's schoolyard taunting and walking out of the room she enters tactics with her crew.

Someone doesn't need to be pushed to emotional breaking point (like Shahbaz who should never have gone into the house in the first place) to have been bullied.

The best thing to do with this show is to not take it so seriously. You should go ahead and have discussions about BB if you want to. If you' don't want to argue with everybody, you don't have to. Honestly, defending a housemate to the point that it escalates to an 'argument' is pointless really. It's not like you're gonna change the other poster's opinion. Just stick to your opinions, and like the HMs you like, but let everybody else have that same freedom. They're just opinions.

Dang, I feel so preachy lately. I also just talked a friend out of butt-chugging. Don't give up on Toya though, she needs all the fans she can get right now.

I just think already there has been enough unpleasant and argumental drama on BB. What I really dislike are the people who shout others down all the time, namely Pauline and now Toya.

Seeing arguments are all well and good and obviously with 14 different people in there who they all know little about really, there will be arguments.
However Toya and the awful one that left on friday gone, don't really argue, they dictate and never listen, which is far from, for me anyway, entertainment in any shape or form.

This thread the OP says 'I am ready for Toya for leave', well I have been ready for that since the middle of last week and even moreso now.

I agree, they dont argue,. they just shout down anyone who has something to say ,an argument can be fun to watch on BB when both sides are equal, but the talking down to people that Pauline,Toya and Helen does is not fun its bullying and abusive
