I'm sure during one of those arguments I heard Toya say that her and Matthew weren't allowed to nominate.

So that including the 3 hm's that were voided means only 9 of them nominated then?

Must have been a 2 and more and up case then?

I think Kimberley could have been on 3 and actually been the housemate with the most votes at first. After taking away Ash and Marlon's votes, who may have both nominated her, she went down to 1 nomination. All the rest had 2 nomination each. Just a random guess and no mathematics involved to check if that is possible.

But they were all up before the nominations were deducted.

The only change after the deductions was Kim no longer being up.

It must be Ive been trying to work out working scenarios for ages and can only think of this:

Ash 4
Chris 3
Danielle 3
Kim 3
Marlon 3
Steven 3
Winston 3
Ashleigh 1
Mark 1

with Kim losing her 3 nominations (1 from each), Ashleigh losing her 1, Mark losing his 1 and then the HM on 4 (e.g. Ash) losing 1 so it stands:

Ash 3
Chris 3
Danielle 3
Marlon 3
Steven 3
Winston 3
Ashleigh 0
Mark 0
Kim 0

... which seems highly unlikely as Steven wouldnt have nominated Kim

But it works! My maths works!

But yeah, gotta be 2+ nominations.
