I thought most of them were pretty stupid in handling the situation except Matthew and surprisingly Helen. Toya started off shouting when she didn't need to and Ash went on the offence. Is there anyone else that thinks this?

From watcing the argument I got.
Ash, taking offence at being told to be quiet by Toya while she trys to explain herself.
Toya taking offence at Ash's attitude to being told to be quiet.
Then the offence attitude spreads to Marlon and Winston who seem to have no idea why they are upset, except that its the thing to do now and wind To ya up.
Well as a tactic to getting a HM out it might be a good one if it did not make them look so pathetic.

Here's how I see it:
Toya actually initiated the argument by shouting 'can we all calm the **** down!!!!' when everyone was calm (was hilarious though and she deserves a round of applause for starting all the drama in the first place)
Ash/Winston/Marlon were being ****ing idiots going on about how they 'saved' Kimberly or ****ed them over...what was so hard to understand about them vetoing three people's nominations? Although I can see why from their perspective they would think it's a personal attack (and obviously I'm glad they viewed it that way because it led to the argument!), but it wasn't

None of them seem capable of doing it the right way and that would be seek first to understand and then be understood.

That would of been ideal but Toya's tone of voice just asks for an argument, probably cant help it bless her
