I read in the Daily Star today that the Golden Ticket Draw broke fundemental rules of a Promotional Prize Draw. The Officials say there should have been a Independant Adjudicator present when the Winning ball was chosen.Even though Big Brother Rules state that the is No contact with outsiders.

This story was covered in several newspapers today.Ash has always said that the balls in the draw were all numbered differently, so I accept that there was no fix and suzie winning was just coincidence.

However ,those who bought kit kats and entered the draw deserved to have someone to adjudicate, and the Idea that BB has no contract with outsiders is rediculous. Nestle made alot of money from this promotion and
in these circumstances BB can`t consider themselves above the law.I wonder if Big Brother are having illusions of their own Identity!! :spin2:

Not that this is official news but every Friday at the beginning of my business class, our teacher gives us a mini quiz about the 'business world'. One of the questions was "Why was BB in the news recently?"
I put down that the draw was a fix, just because I couldn't think of anything else.
When it came to marking, our teacher said that it was infact because it was fixed, and that Susie knew she was going in before the draw. I don't know what source she got it from though, but it may be true. :conf:

Thats a little bazaar isn`t it.I`m cynical when it comes to business teachers, you have to wonder why they are not in business. In my very first commerce lesson the teacher told me that with his old business which was selling bones by weight,They used to basically fiddle by soaking the bones in water overnight to make them heavier! So my first lesson in business was to fiddle people, the worst possible thing to learn. If your teacher has stated this bb thing as fact I would suggest He/she may well be making up the facts to suit her lesson . Was the lesson about being honest and straight with people.?
