Kim's just playing the showmance card but she knows she can manipulate Steve, he's so stupid.

Kim does fancy Ash, but he's a bit more clever and I really don't think he'd hold back from trying to have sex with her in the house.

Of course she does not fancy him, however I do think in a house like this she sees him as a friend and someone she can trust when everyone else seems to be exploding and arguing with one another.
