She looked pretty uncomfortable during their conversation/peck on the cheek IMO

Nope, she is quite upfront about it tbh, she has said multiple times that she doesn't want to pursue a relationship inside the house & if there is any chance of a relationship brewing it will be outside the house. [Just before people say she's stringing him along/whatever]

I actually dont think Steven is interested, but its something for him to play on whilst in the house. There doesnt seem to be much eye contact and convo but instead forced hugs and kisses. I think maybe Kim is trying to work this out?
