No Prison?

Is there no prison this year? I can think of at least one person who should be incarcerated in there while the others enjoy themselves!

Certainly has possibility's.The other thing I would like to see is the power holder being asked to choose two housemates who must spend 24hrs handcuffed together or in a safe house with no interactions allowed with the others.
