The powerhousemate needs more control

I want them to be able to manipulate the housemates :conf:

nothing really seems to be happening apart from noms etc

I want stuff like one week they get to select which housemates get cheers and boo's etc...like BB can play in chants and it'll make housemates paranoid. Some thinking they are liked and others thinking they're disliked and just mess with their heads.

There's too much stuff that doesn't effect anyone :(
