Is it true, her eyeliner is tattooed on? If so, what if she wants a different color?

I think it's blue, or unless that's my dodgy TV picture.:joker:

The rest of her make up is well done. I know it's on her face but she is an expert at applying not too much.

As a guy I can't stand heavily made up girls.

Not aware if she has perma make-up ,but it wouldn't be uncommon in todays society. If you think about economically it's cheaper to just have perma make up than going out and buying and buying. I guess black/blue (i think it's more of a blue-black colour than full on blue) is the easiest colour to go for after a jet black. She's not the only female out there doing this, this trend has been happening for the past 5 years but rose to a trend 2 years ago.

Also it will eventually fade ,like any tattooed work it will need retouches. I've known people to get their eyebrows done and it's faded bit by bit. Permanent makeup will last on avg 2-3 years without needing touch ups after that youll need to top up. That also depends on the amount of makeup that is applied, where it's applied to and how often youre using that area!

Semi permanent make up is really common, it needs topped up every 6 months to a year so they probably deal with different colour choices then
