Crowd can chant off off off all they want for all I care. Toya deserves everything she gets. Reap what you sow.

I'm not just talking in regards to Toya.

I mean whenever they shout it, it's so annoying.

They flopped anyways because Toya was unfazed. Wish was there to drag people.

Agree, there is really no need for it. Do we really know how we would react in there? Who ever they are they have entertained us all.

But I have to say, when I went to an eviction the warm up guy was encouraging everyone to shout, cheer, etc!

That was when Davina did the interviews in the studio next to BBLB, just behind the stage now. It was a lot more controlled in there and the interviews were longer. But I think BOTS has taken over that role and does it better!

One of many reasons why I'm taking a break and not bothering to watch the show this year. The chav crowd is one of the worst things about BBUK, even when I dislike a housemate it's still ridiculously frustrating listening to the mob chanting and booing throughout the interview. I've just finished watching BBCanada and their audience was amazing, even to the housemates they didn't like.

Their kind of positivity is really needed over here. All of our live shows are so negative.

The whole negativity comes from the producers. Even when they switched to vote to save they didn't change their attitude so it wasn't that much of a surprise they switched back to vote to evict. Bit on the Side, Marcus narrating, the presenter are all full of the usual disdain.

I get it that it's meant to be a pantomime, but it isn't funny to me and it just gets tedious to most I feel. Rather than looking at HMs like they are just a bunch of puppets who are ridiculous they should make them more relatable as they still do on the US and Australian ones and they used to do more here in the past.

I totally agree. It's so incredibly uneducated and ruins the eviction interviews. The crowd seem to mostly be barbaric animals like Winston

I despise the crowd lol I really hate their guts to an irrational degree-when people get evicted they shouldn''t have to come out to a baying mob.

Ugh, I know. They actually PAY MONEY to go to evictions, and then spend the whole time booing and chanting off. Interviews are part of eviction night, so why on Earth would they want to drown out the interview and not listen to it.

Tickets are free via Applause Store.

From my experience last year, we were encouraged to boo and chant before the show started. We were told that it's all part of the experience, and to be honest you can't help it when you're there. You do get swept up into it all and just go for it.

Its annoying, no matter who the housemate is. The interview is one of the best parts and the crowd ruins it all the time.

dont be ridiculous.
it makes no sense, the crowd have gone there and stood outside to see the evictee, yet when the evictee comes out for an interview, the crowd are chanting 'off off off', seriously how dumb are these idiots??? what was the ******ing point of them turning up? its like going to a concert then chanting 'off off off' at the singer for no particular reason :joker:
does it make them feel superior? do they hope they are going to break the evictee, so they crumble in tears and walk off from the interview??
its absolutely pathetic, and anyone chanting 'off off off' seriously needs to take a good long look at their moronic selves.

Its annoying, no matter who the housemate is. The interview is one of the best parts and the crowd ruins it all the time.

exactly, CHANNEL 5 STILL DONT GET IT!!!! :bawling::bawling:

They are pathetic, ignorant, scummy ***** and their incessant chanting and booing could actually be described as a form of bullying. It's so unnecessarily nasty, just dreadful people

It really is time that they built an indoor studio attached to the front of the house and just had a smallish audience inside, evictions would be so much nicer without that awful crowd.

I love this. To Me, all the noise they make when someone's evicted really is a form of bullying.

First time the OFF OFF OFF chant happened during Makosi's interview I liked it because it was dramatic and had never happened before, now it happens every week and it's annoying. Let them get on with the interview, no matter how much you chant they're not going to get 'off'.

So disrespecful - not just to the evictee and the host, but also to the viewers at home. As you said it first happened with Makosi - the interview every fan really wanted to hear. Ruined by 1000 idiots! Think it then happened with Aisleyne the following year - a really popular HM with viewers but not with the morons in the mob.

As fantastic as it is they do need to change the eye design so it can be sealed off completely from the crowd (Amazing Spaces this week explained how difficult it is to get a tight seal on that type of door design due to the risk of decapitation). Or better still axe the crowd completely - all they've done since about 2006 is add a bad atmosphere.
