I would say depending on the tasks some of the obese housemates will get some more exercise and during food rations will have a lower calorie count. This will have good health benefits for sure.

Also some of them will be safe from street crimes, drugs and unprotected sex.

I don't judge them on their weight, of course they might loose weight, but does it really mater to us, it's there life. All I'm interesting is how they develop, and act during their time in the house not their weight.

Weight can effect someones mental health which in terms effects how they develop and act with in the house.

I forget about smoking as well. If they run out of cigarettes that will be good for their health also.
