View Full Version : Twist Idea which involves evicted housemates...

In the last 10 or 11 days, one of the 10/11 evicted housemates gets to come back into the house for a day and be the Power HM (obviously wouldn't affect noms since it'd be the semi-final or final week) and gets to take control of the house and who's punished/rewarded etc. It would make the last 2 weeks exciting again, since they're usually quite boring and predictable.
I know we hate the no outside contact rule but we might aswell accept the fact that this is not Big Brother anymore.
Would be a fairly bias twist no matter who the evicted housemate was obviously they would favour some and dislike others plus it would be pretty pointless anyway imo.

And do you have any reasons for disagreeing or?
It was you that created the thread so thought you might be interested in a discussion about it...

Done with Jon Tickle yes. I don't think he had any control of anything, just stayed as a guest.

I think it would make the last 2 weeks more exciting, since we often complain about it getting boring towards the end as the HMs know there's nothing more they can do now. I think putting an ex-housemate in per day would shake it up because they'll obviously be A) jealous of the finalists and B) might dislike some of them
EDIT: if they had small bits of power it would make it interesting too

It's not been done before... not with all the evicted housemates and one per day leading up the final... and it's not been done with the Power HM twist before either

A good twist would be for Big Brother to tell Tamara, Pauline and Toya they can go back into the house if they choose to. The ones who accept get taken into a secret house under the impression that one of them will have the chance to go back into the main house at the end of the week. The twist is that Big Brother is taking the piss and none of them go back in.

Just think,Tamara could go in and see Winston, only to find out he's moved on to Helina instead :joker: Pauline could go in and cook chicken for everyone, and might have another bust up with Jale, Toya would go in and argue with Winston & Helen, and Ash would go in and wreack havoc with Helen for a day.
Ignoring the fact that the public paid money voting these people out int he first place and any complaints that may cause.....
What could they possibly do to make it more entertaining? gunge them? cause arguments? what?

See my above post.
And tbh it deson't matter people evicted them, cos they are only in there for what, 16 hours?, and they can't win so it doesn;t matter

This is not Secrets and Lies and that sounds like a waste of everyone's time.

I did read what you posted above, Toya wouldn't argue with anyone, she sat quiet for almost a week before she was evicted, not interested in ex housemates going in to cook chicken or see someone they had a brief showmance with tbh
And people still voted them to get them off their tvs.

There's not a valid complaint really because they're not eligible to win the gameshow anymore.

Ok well even forgetting that I think it would be a pretty pointless idea, I mean get an ex housemate back to cook chicken? c'mon
Do you want even more viewers to tune out.
Will.

Sounds like a great twist, I'd love a twist to involve the evicted HM's.

I don't think they could do anything else to make people tune out, they've twisted it that far

That's Vote To Evict's fault though, not her. I don't think anyone, other than Danielle, has started an argument whilst they're up for eviction (Toya vs the lads was started by her and was before she was nominated).
And that's already been provedto be irrelevant as they're not eligible to win? Seeing them on your TV for 45 mins isn't going to spur you to complain to Ofcom is it?

Yeah I already said even forgetting that I would find ex hm's coming back into the house basically for no real reason a completely pointless twist, what even makes it a twist apart from them being ex hm's..

Why are you taking what I said so literally? It was a joke and who knows what would actually happen... that's why I want it to happen. All the HMs evicted so far seem to have shown multiple personalities and who knows what they'll be feeling like when they go back in for a day.
No one is going to tune out just because there is 1 person in the house for 30 mins of their time.

I just don't see a point in a twist like that and when I asked what they could do to make it interesting that was the answers you gave, I found them funny because none of what you described would make me think the show was more interesting.

So you'd rather watch HMs eat rotten eggs and get gunged then actually see them interact with people they waved goodbye to and possibly bitched about, which would cause major drama if someone like Danielle came in and said to Steven or whoever "oh so you've been bitching behind my back the whole time?"

Well you can think of your own answers if you want, the whole point of this twist is to make it unpredictable, so me guessing what would happen is kinda pointless really.

I'd be up for this if we could vote for the evicted HM to be the Power HM.
What I would like to see that could possibly include ex hm's and this involves something that was supposed to be happening this season.
Have a public vote with all of the housemates up (without them knowing) then have an ex hm go in at 6am and wake the person with the most votes up with a megaphone telling them they have been evicted and have 30 seconds to say their goodbyes, when they leave there is no crowd (obviously at 6am in the morning) and the only other people outside are the ex housemates and Emma.
That would be a shocker of a twist IMO, it would shock the housemates and I would definitely tune in to see that on the highlights
Plus Marcus would actually for once have a valid reason to say 'The house was rocked to the core'

For Gods sake when the public vote a housemate out it means they don't want them in the house anymore. They should STAY OUT. I am sick of them bringing housemates back in. The game is the housemates nominate ( unless noms are tampered with which is happening a lot in this BB) the public spend their hard earned money voting out the housemate they want out of there and THEN BB decides to bring one back again in the final week or whatever. They should stay out and also there should be no new housemates when the housemates at the start number 16 that's more than enough thank you

Pauline screaming through a megaphone at Jale who is rough as a fart. :laugh2:
