Couple of ideas for the next Power Housemate twists...

Since I just went off on a tangent in the other thread and came up with an idea I may as well post it here :laugh:

Let's hypothetically assume the power will return first of all and that there'll also be no regular noms before y'all inevitably come in here with 'no!!!!! normal noms!!!!', this is an idea if they're following that format

- A competition to crown one Power Housemate (it's time for this now, it's the fairest method)

- That person nominates three people

- The public SAVE one nominee, but the housemates and that person think they've been evicted and walk out the front door as normal on eviction night

- In a BB6 style twist, the housemates are then told that it's a double eviction and that they have to evict one of the remaining nominees themselves. Every housemate other than the PH and the two nominees vote to evict one of the two, they're also fake evicted

- The two evictees move into a secret room (idc if they're overdone, we need something to happen)

- The housemates are told the public are the Power Housemates that week, but actually the two evictees are instead

- Regular nominations take place ('yay', 'finally', 'thank God' from y'all etc etc yeah yeah), they get to watch them and they get a choice afterwards to either leave the nomination results intact (two or more with the most under traditional rules), or to flip them and have everyone who wasn't up put up instead. The housemates are never told about this. The two evictees then return to the house and all hell breaks loose or none of them care, whatever

I am sick of twists but the way I am feeling about this series atm I would happily see something like above happen just to give the show a kick up the arse and let us see something other than negativity and bitching for a change (even though that twist would probably still cause some bitching)

For a bit later on in the series. Housemate voted PH by the public through the app but again told in secret. The power trip is quick but hugely powerful. The housemate gets 24 hours to decide which housemate to INSTANTLY evict. The housemate they chose is evicted to no audience for a pre-recorded interview with Emma at 6am in the morning. They never find out who the PH was who made the decision= Paranoia.

(Obviously Queen Helen is immune as she has a pass to the final)

Yeah too twisted for me. This year should be about power. Its not secret and lies. Im thinking the next power twists should involve normal noms. Such as:
the PH can influence by doubling the amount of nominations two housemates have received (could be really strategic),
i think a series long nomination ban should be given to one housemate meaning they can never nominate again.
Also the power housemate should be given a chance to secretly select to view the nominations of three housemates before nominating themselves.

Already had 2 variations if the secret room with Toya and Matthew listening in during their time as PH mates and now the people in the morgue listening in, hopefully this has replaced secret room/fake evictions
