View Full Version : Do you only watch the show for one housemate?
Simple question..do you only watch BB for one or maybe a couple of housemates that you support or do you watch regardless of who you like and whether they leave or not?
As a fan of the show since day one I watch the show until the end no matter if who I like in there leaves or not, I just think oh that's a bit crap they are gone then get over it tbh and mostly end up liking some others anyway.
I personally think focusing your attention solely on one housemate when there is so many is kinda ruining your experience of BB but yeah that's just my opinion.
Adding a poll..

I watch it for the ones I like... once they're gone or the insufferable ones are just too much to handle, I switch off.
After Ashleigh's gone this week I'll be switching off for good and will probably only watch eviction episodes from then on and the final.
Isn't it pointless watching eviction shows if you have no clue what's happened leading up to the evictions?

I can watch the little recaps they show at the beginning... that's what they're there for you know...
I doubt anything interesting will happen anyway

I only started watching for Chris and if he'd gone early I'd have switched off, but even though I find most housemates unlikable and boring I am invested in what happens now so I'd have to watch til the end no matter what.

Yes to the OP, what's the point of watching a show based on people I don't like and am not interested in. When my faves are out, I'm out
No, I will keep watching, I am hyped for armageddon thing atm if that turns out to be a disappointment then I might not care if I miss a episode

I don't know why I watch anymore. The reason I watched the very first series was because I was interested in how a group of strangers would interact stuck in a house together. I haven't watched since I switched off the Deana one, but for some reason I decided to watch this series after long break and now I'm stuck with it. Part of me wishes the bitching at the start was worse and made me switch off

Still like Ashleigh, Mark and Danielle (although haven't watched in two weeks).

I didn't think I did, I was even one of the people arguing that this cast can cope without a specific housemate, but when Toya left I really lost allot of interest.

No. That's silly as your fave will obviously eventually go more than likely.

No. But this series I only liked a couple to start with & that list didn't get any longer & there has never been a series when I disliked/hated so many of them...
Matthew was my favourite & the only one I still really liked in there, there are far too many arrogant assholes left now & there has been too much manipulation/fixing by BB so I wont bother watching now> And the fact that Helen has that pass to the final is annoying (& disgusting me) as much as when Conor was given the 50 grand...
I have likes and dis likes but watch for all as I find my opinions can and do change.

I watch it for the housemates I like but what with the public having taste this year and saving them all week after week I'm currently watching for four housemates, not one :)

I'm currently watching for two housemates with a couple more starting to grow on me but I hardly ever just watch for one.
