View Full Version : About to lose another online "favourite" through Vote To Evict?

Ashleigh is topping the popularity poll on this site by quite some margin, and she is also doing so on most of the other websites (2nd or 1st)
BUT she will almost surely be evicted next week. Is there anyway she can possibly survive? Bearing in mind tactical voting really doesn't work because there are always so many housemates up for eviction together !

She might not even be up
Let's hope BB make her immune.
And also even if she is up, how do you know she will even go? the people that chanted on Friday could be most of her haters as far as you all know...meaning she wouldn't get enough votes to evict..

She's not "another" online favourite. She is THE online favourite. The only poll she isn't topping is tellymix and that's got 1% in it.
Given that Chris probably inherits a lot of her support, they'll end up with the 3 showmances and a 5 week wait for him to win.

Online favourites (or hates) are largely irrelevant when it comes to actual voting.
This year alone proves that the forums and the bookies aren't the voice of the public.

I think VTE has a lot to do with that.
With BB13 the results of evictions usually reflected the forum favourites (minus Conor vs Shievonne)

Simple not true. Dexter and Gina were online favourite last year and they were the top 3. Sam's support was also reflected in the polls towards the end.
The polls, in particularly tellymix, were very accurate during the previous series with Luke A, Adam and Deana.
And the year before that Aaron dominated them just as he did the series.
They're often very accurate with eviction results as well. Last week being the only exception.

Oh, and Jim Davidson smashed every poll earlier this year. He was indeed the biggest winner of BB on any CHannel 5 series

Forums never usually are, but tellymix is like a reality tv site which like 10,000 vote on polls & they are 90% right [Even with Sam winning BB, and Luke A], which is why I think the last eviction was kind of an anon result tbh, the voting public didn't represent the viewing public on that one occasion imo.

Yep, you're right. I was amazed by that result. Tellymix has often been very reliable in the past. even calling Luke A's popularity when everywhere else had Deana above him.

If she is up, she is out and she can take her skinny little vindictive arse back to Derry on the Belfast overnight ferry. She is a disgrace to my fellow countrymen. She has a lot of growing up to do and with her new found wealth, maybe she can afford to get a real hairdresser and remove those stupid extensions and get her real hair colour back. Everything about her is fake right down to her false fingernails and copious zits which she will never get rid of untill she stops packing the make up on in layers atoned to decorating a cake.

I know were allowed to slag off the housemates & stuff, but I just feel uncomfortable seeing people slag off Ashleigh like theres no tomorrow, when a lot who are doing it are much older & should show more respect to an 18 year old girl imo

Ashleigh was booed for her bad behavior, if she acts better in the house this week, I'm sure she'll be safe. Ash was disliked for the last two weeks, but he managed to save himself by having really quiet days from monday to thrusday. So it's possible to remain there even if you're disliked by the public.
Also as Josy mentioned, she may not even be up for eviction.

I think shes guaranteed to be up unless theres a twist
But yeah, I suppose your right, afterall Hazel was guaranteed to go & Callum had an awful week & then got evicted, I can't see this happening, as I can only see her being up with Jale, Danielle & possibly one of Chris/Christopher

Yeah, I don't mind people disliking her or slagging her off for bitching, but sometimes it goes to far imo.

She was booed for showing some fighting spirit and raising her head above the parapet.

He's too boring for anyone to feel motivated to pick up a phone and vote him out.

She's very grown up imo. Certainly compared to the others. To be that confident and strong at 18 is impressive.
I think you're dealing in stereotypes frankly. You want to believe this cute young girl is immature, but the facts show her to be very grown up for her age.

I think she was booed for her bitching and the way she said that thing about Steven being too good for Kim at the party.
If you look at the forum, she has gained loads of fans by showing fighting spirit.

I doubt it. The eviction mob are so braindead they don't know why they're booing whoever it is they do. It's just fashion.
They booed Aaron in the final. Aaron won with 70% of the vote.

i have a feeling ashleigh can stay tbh
I just don't want Ashleigh to go ):
I cleaned this thread can we keep on topic please.
Also please remember OTT comments about housemates are against the rules.
I think Ashleigh still has a good chance of staying even if she is up tbh, Ash not getting evicted last week would actually work in her favour if she is up against him.
The people that dislike him and want him out wont make the same mistake again of thinking he's a goner and they will vote like mad to get him out.
That's what I think anyway.

I’m struggling to see how any other housemate would get voted out over Ashleigh in the coming week regardless of whatever mix are up…. As for avoiding the other housemates putting her up – no chance!
Ashleigh will be the fifth evictee, unfortunately.
