I've been severely hungover today!

And nothing has helped.

I tried eating fatty food, taking pills, putting a wet cold cloth on my head but nothing has worked.

I hope it's not a 2 day hangovers, those are hellish.

What are some cures you use? Or are there any you have heard that help ease the pain of the aftermath of a great night.

Chocolate and water. Lots of it.

Hangovers are dehydration so water, water, water.

Water, water and more water (hangovers can be prevented or eased the night before if you try and have some water before you sleep, works for me). Then a Coke or something for sugar and a bacon sandwich

Yeah I normally get 'weak' hangovers that pass quickly because I down 5 glasses of water upon returning home but sometimes you forget... like yesterday for me worst hangover Ive had for a long time that lasted ALL day :worry:

My hangovers always last all day.

I used to spend a Sunday sleeping in my car... that usually helped recover from the night before lol

I tend to drink as much water as I can when I get in and take 3 pills. If I wake with a hangover it's more water and more pills. Normally does the trick for me.

I rarely drink now but when I do I get terrible hangovers....they get worse the older you get. Water is the best cure, plus flat coke and sleep....lots of sleep

Sleep is imperative.

Lack of sleep is one of the major factors of being hungover.

Lucozade and Paracetamol will help stem the pain too.

But, best just to go to bed.

But, once you get older then hangovers get much worse.

It's been a while where on the 2nd day after drinking i don't feel like ****.
