Lots of things are nothing to do with them but they all nominate over stuff like that,so yes it's fair.

but its a stupid reason, big brother are going easy on them. it's annoying
Lots have given stupid reasons since the beginning, Danielle's for example.
What isn't fair is questioning Marlon's and his only.

it is fair because marlon should not be nomination someone when its not their arguement, the fool always gets involved

No it isn't fair if you want to bring up stupid reasons for nominating then there is worse than Marlon's.

Marlon is irrelevant so he shouldn't be allowed to nominate in the first place.

Why shouldn't he? If he is friends with Helen, (they are friends, aren't they? I', genuinely confused as to that ) then I don't see why he can't nominate someone who upset his friend.

Of course it's fair. It's like saying Ashleigh and Danielle couldn't non Ash or Marlon for how they spoke to Toya as it had nothing to do with them. Besides Christopher has nominated Marlon before for things he has said that have nothing to do with him...

It's not about the argument being nothing to do with them. If they have an opinion on it or that housemates actions affect their opinion/relationship with them then I don't see the problem.

If anything Marlon got nominated because of a "Nut Cracker" comment by Danielle when it had nothing to do with her. I guess that was unfair too.
