The difference is Jake ,Jale and Helen have chatted,Jale has chosen to overlook it so that's her choice,and maybe Helen has had time to get to know Jale without Paulines influence.This is just name calling for the sake of it,Jale being the brunt of peoples unhappiness again.poor girl.
