Literally was stunned when I saw that video, it wasn't so much the fact that he did it but it was how quick he jumped in on it. He lied to them, didn't give their thoughts a chance and just took it in a split second! He was starting to go up in my estimation but he has gone right down, really annoyed by the selfishness of that. Hopefully he will feel the effects of his actions.

If he didn't Ashleigh would have done it, and he would have basically self evicted himself. Nothing he could do

Lied? When did he lie?

When they go back in the main house someone said to Marlon ...you told them you wouldn't press the button etc. Something along those lines as the others were watching them decide on the sofas. I could be wrong but from the video clip something was said to him about that.

Marlon like most blokes loves his food, so for him to press the button to save himself he must be really desperate to stay in the house.:joker:

He never once agreed to their pact. Where are people getting this "he lied" myth from?

Lied? When did he lie?

In the video clip where the housemates were watching the nominees Helen clearly said he had lied , in fact she said it about 20 times annoyingly enough.

Hopefully Steven will finger him later, making it one of his best days ever.

Oh, so that means he lied.

I'd rather wait until we see him lie than take the rant of a woman who had a meltdown over a Christmas party. :hehe:

Dont you think its a bit of a daft move on his part though? The crowd were chanting to get Ashleigh out only a few days ago so there was a good chance he'd stay anyway (unless he predicted Ashleigh would press it?) but surely he'd realise that a lot of the housemates and public will see it as a dick move and want him out next week anyway? So it's unlikely to help him win

Marlon knows he would have gone this week most of us were expecting it,heck that's why fans were so desperate that he didn't get saved, and now they are hating him because he has destroyed what hope they had bhy saving himself and putting her in danger,Most people would have saved themselves, heck with that carrot dangling in front of you what sane person wouldn't?

Sorry, I mean Helen is hardly reliable is she? I'll call him a liar when we see him lie and not when Helen is the only source.

I can, he's a spineless tosspot.

Spineless would be if he done nothing, while clearly wanting to stay in..
