Wow, the producers were clearly throwing Ashleigh under the bus there. I'm speechless.

They know the public are suckers for the victim story and backing the Outcast and they are milking Ashleigh for all that story is worth. The message from home and then exposing her to Helen so Helen erupts at her. It's worked too.

Disgusting attempts to get a load of angry chavs to pick up the phone and evict Ashleigh = more money for Ch5

What happened?
They should the DR clips of Ashleigh talking about Ash to Helen, Kimbot and Jale

Jake.
08-07-2014, 09:52 PM
What happened?

Jale/Helen/Kim were allowed to watch Ashleigh bitching about them/her plan to get Ash out, and afterwards Helen went on the attack.

Totally agree ,what do the producers think they are playing at ? they chose the biggest house bitch to watch a girl she already hates talking about a chap she wants to bed ,a recipe for disaster and they knew it ,shame on you BB you sold a girl up the river for viewing figures

BB have been showing clips of bitching and nominations to other housemates for years to cause conflict in the house. This is nothing new. If Ashleigh hadn't bitched and bitched there would be nothing to show the others. Also there were clips of Danielle and Chris bitching also Ashleigh needs to get back to her boyfriend and head up those stairs on Friday with her teddy bear in her hand

Exactly....one of my faavorites from yeara gone by is caprice watching john mc slate her...tv gold.

I liked it as a punishment. Like when BB played Derek's bitching into the house in BB6 because it was a nominations discussion then he had to deal with Saskia.

But just obvious meddling like the last few years is arse achingly boring.

Oh yay! We didn't know how old she was.

Reminds me of that girl on X Factor who people kept squealing "She's only 16...".

My point was what 18 year old girl doesn't have a bitch with their friend?

You'd think she'd done something seriously wrong the way people are going on.

What did she do break one of the reality TV commandments?

"Thou shouldst always be confrontational to a person you don't particularly admire, and thou shouldst always tell them what a **nt they are to their face"

"If not thou shall will be branded a coward, a bitch and thou shall suddenly grow an extra face"

Marsh.

If you think all she's done is "gossip with her friend" and avoid telling Helen to her face then lmao and we'll end it there.

I'm all ears.

Tell me what she has done that is so despicable?

I've watched it all and I'm baffled by this.

it will hopefully backfore on these 3...the way they reacted was pitiful...like no one will get criticized in 5 weeks x 24 hours ?

Despicable? I never said anything was despicable.

Just pointing out the only difference between her and Helen is that Helen shouts her nastiness into people's face when she's drunk, Ashleigh whispers it to her pals.

Both nasty bitches but go about it in different ways. Doesn't make either better than the other, regardless of age.

The whole thing is nothing more than the producers taunting people into voting they do it week after week year in year out and it never fails to rile people up into a voting frenzy fuelled off the back of a sense of whatever that weeks injustice happens to be thats just how the show works.

Rarely stopping for a second to wonder why the latest outrageous decision was made the "We have to save xxxxxx they cant be allowed to get away with this ring 123456789" threads spring into action and people furiously pour 50p phone calls at the stupid producers like they would hate that.

I never tire of seeing some of the things they come up with to try and light a fire under that weeks voters if there isn't a decision perceived as bias, crazy or not fair by the time the lines open then they haven't done the job their job properly If there isnt anger at something then something is not working.

Thats how they maximise voting revenue. (You didn't really think they were bias did you?)

You beat me to it! :fist:

The biased editing obviously steers the storyline in whatever direction leads to more revenue for the show. Without the live feeds and just an hour of highlights, it almost feels like a pseudo reality show. The only thing left is to tell the HM's what role they have to play, outline of what needs to happen in a scene, and leave them to their own devices.

This week they've got the "Vote Ashleigh out b/c she's this that and the other" and then you have the "This is bullying! save Ashleigh and get Jale out to teach them a lesson". (I hope Ashleigh stays btw)

Either way, whichever way this goes, they're gonna cash in this week.

This thing has almost flipped onto the viewers as the guinea pigs :joker: BB spin the web and the voters react angrily by giving them more money to teach them a lesson.
Interesting dynamic.

BB have done everything they can to ensure their golden girl Helen will win.
She takes up half of the highlights show. Is given as much diary room time as possible & have thrown others under the bus for her not to have the pass taken away.
I remember when BB was a social experiment about people living in a house with no outside contact but now it's so manipulated it's scary.
Ashleigh is an angel compared to Helen.
Helen has had warning after warning yet still gets to keep her pass. Special treatment all the way.
