I don't really know how I feel. Deadlock gave great drama over the years. Rylan staying over Carolynne
Get Nicole back pls. I'd assume there would be 20 acts in the live shows then, and that just makes judges houses utterly pointless because they only take 6 with them and that would mean only 1 from each category wouldn't make live shows, you'd feel like utter ****. :joker:

Who rather guest judge each week. 20 contestants would be too many.

what the actual **** is their problem...they ruined and took all of the suspense out of most of the results last year with the ridiculous rules that came with the crap that was the Flash Vote and now they're STILL insisting on getting rid of the one thing that makes the result shows worth watching? When are they going to understand that Deadlock is a good thing and almost always produces the hilarious drama this show thrives on
I'm actually annoyed now because I was looking forward to it returning this year

I guess they'll take 8 to judges houses this year then, they did in 2010 and 11 IIRC
I've always liked the idea of wildcards but this is just too much, what would be the problem with having the first week of live shows to be a wildcard weekend where all 16 (or 12) rejected acts perform and the one act with the most votes progresses through to the top 13/17 which begins the following week.
They were rejected for a reason, we don't need twists that get rid of Deadlock and more double eliminations which are terrible

what was flash vote again

what was flash vote again
A 10 minute vote at the end of the Saturday show. And the contestant that came last in the flash vote was in the bottom two on the Sunday and if it was two votes each on the Sunday show the flash vote contestant would go home.

The only thing I want back from last year is the seat switching thing from bootcamp. That was pure gold

Am I the only one that didn't like the Six Chair Challenge? I waaaaay preferred Bootcamp when they'd all line up and the judges would reveal who got through one by one

No I loved it, it was like a ****storm for drama, I was the only one who did like the harshness of it I think.
****ing hell no I love deadlock, watch this flop after week 3 of the live shows and them bringing deadlock back

Louis can't troll Cheryl and Simon with deadlock like the golden era </3
This series had promise, don't ruin the result shows again

If it's a fifth judge with a wildcard category then they'll still only take 3 or 4 through each from judge's houses. Making 15 or 20.
If they took 5 through and sent only 1 home there'd be 25 acts.

That article states each judge will choose four acts, I'm assuming each judge will pick a wildcard and they'll go into the separate category meaning there's 20 acts overall
But as I said I think there'll be 8 at judges houses if this is true, which I hope it isn't

I've always thought they should have a wildcard group with one act from each category. I can't help but feel that a fifth judge isn't necessary, they should let viewers coach the wildcards so they can help them with song choices and such, because that would be pretty fun.
And then that way we still have deadlock, and it makes sense due to the public deciding who goes.

I actually really like this idea. I reckon it could be Alesha Dixon?

I'm surprised Sara cox hasn't been rumoured for the fifth judge considering she was so close to get the 4th judge spot
