Just sitting back and letting them all dig their own graves by attacking him over something that he was perfectly in his right to do.

Surprisingly Danielle is the only one other than him that come out of the whole thing with any credit.

No, the rest of the house destroyed him

Destroyed him in what sense? They certainly shouted him down, but they didn't come across well in it.

I thought Marlon came out well and the rest of them showed their true selfish colours - why Marlon then went on to apologise is beyond me.

Agreed, they completely over reacted about something they would all have done themselves.

Danielle surprised me actually and then Ash redeemed himself a tiny bit by saying in the DR everyone makes mistakes and he wasn't going to completely right him off as a friend.

Yeah fair dues to Danielle actually, she was spot on. I don't even like Marlon but would they all have blasted Ashleigh if she had done it? Cos two minutes beforehand the two Chris' and I think Jale (who was one of the main guilt trippers of marlon afterwards) were telling Ashleigh she should press it. They're all so selfish and tbqh if I was friends with someone in that room, I'd be hoping they'd push the button

wrong. he was totally sly cowardly and selfish. the ONLY real hypocrite was christopher/Christmas who I believe told ashleigh to press the buzzer? hes full of BS
oh and helen was a 2 faced snake too, she went to the bedroom pretended she cared, came out and carried gossip and twisted everything he said to the others and told them to pretty much blackball him

I think they kind of nodded and agreed with him about it? But I'd have to rewatch it to be 100% sure

There is some confusion between the HL show and how christopher is portrayed and the youtube clip of the event. In the Youtube clip it shows christopher saying that they are agreed that noone is going to press the button.

Would Ash have been so forgiving if it was Chris or Christopher or Jale ?.
No, it's just coz it was one of the "Cool gang".
Ash will never change.

I don't really care whether he would or not I just think it was decent of him to say what he did in the DR because he was/is one of Marlons supposed friends.

I have liked Ash since the beginning anyway yeah he has said some nasty things to Jale but he apologised and she accepted so meh

I thought he did nothing wrong by saving himself. He went up in my opinion. Then he apologized and disappointed me sadly. I've always felt that the rest of that group were never his friends and when push comes to shove they would sacrifice him. I think they just tolerated him but he was never really apart of the group. I really hope he distances himself from them and grows closer to Chris.

There was tacit agreement to discuss first before anyone did anything

the spoiled little brat went against the group

all we saw were his real colours

and they were yellow

Im not a fan of Marlons but he went right up in my estimation when he pressed the buzzer thing. I dislike Mark, even more, for dramatising the whole judge and jury saga with his followers nodding in agreement. Jale is coming across as a patronising B***h and kudos to Danielle for pointing out the reality of life in the house. The only downside to it all was Marlon apologising to the group (the following day) and tbh, apart from Danielle, all the HMs acted like they were a lynch mob with the leader being Mark.

I am not sure if they all actually agreed not to press the buzzer.
Either way, Marlon came out of it all in a much better light than Mark and the Cool Gang.

I've only just watched last nights. I can't believe how hypocritical they all are! Every single person that went in for that task drained the battery without a seconds thought, then they have the bare assed cheek to have a go at Marlon for doing it!

All the other housemates were just as selfish. They all gave themselves "treats" at the risk of losing the shopping task. Treats they didn't need but chose to have because they are selfish. Pressing the button was not cowardly either, despite what Dr of thickonomics claimed. It took more balls to press the button and face backlash of the housemates than to avoid pressing it like a pussy. Marlon had the balls to press it and expected the housemates who didn't like him to be pissed. He though his mates would have his back though, because that's what MATES do. He got to see that his mates are false though. Saving yourself from eviction is not as selfish as going for a pampering session, getting a message from home, posting a gormless twitter message or any of the other **** that was on offer to the selfish housemates. Big Brother is a game show and the objective is to survive.

Not liked him from the start and I'm glad people are turning their backs on him. I was looking forward to having him out of the house and now it will probably be my favourite Ashleigh out :(
