Kim is or was a porn star- a legit one. Not just a few nude photo's for lad mags she is on numerous porn sites, just do a Google search and look beyond the first few pages of results. I don't think Steven is all that bad aside from being really cringy borderline David Brent but he is kind of harmless and I'd rather the truth be revealed to him and while they are both in there together just for sh!ts and giggles. To think they are "in love" within a few weeks is crazy. I don't even believe the Ex BF thing, he's probably a manager or some such, she is the main one in there with a big PR plan and seems to be totally getting away with it, no chants to get her out, no revelations of her past porn star life, people (housemates/BB/Bit on the side) act shocked she had sex in there but I mean she is/was a porn star so zero shock there, Steven was just dumb enough to fall for her or he was in on it too but I kind of doubt that.

I think he went into the house to have sex in there, and has a gameplan tbh, he's met with loads of ex housemates, and those like Dexter Koh who had a gameplan before entering, he has made up a backstory & everything, making it likely he has an ulterior motive
