Wouldn't really work. The winner is the person with the most public votes, no twist would be taken seriously. The public would've been told to vote for the winner who'll receive the prize money. They can't change it at the last second.

If on the final as the runner up is walking out BB announces there been a slight change this year, and tells this winner what means more to you winning or the money. They can walk out the door as the winner but with no money or they can walk out with the runner up and will Receive 100k more. And there would be 2 winners? Thoughts on this idea, bad or good?

Don't like the idea, but a separate 10k cash prize for the public's favourite player who didn't make the final would be interesting:

It's so hard to choose anyone else for BB8 though, if Chanelle was immune then I'd argue Charley since she was so dominant over the course of the series, either that or Gerry because of him falling on his sword in the Guru twist.
