So long as it's part of Ashleigh's gameplan....then I will endure it. The trouble is we will never know because if it is part of her gameplan she won't reveal it to ANYONE in fear of it being shown....
I don't believe it's for real....you don't just start liking on Helen when you have hated her so much....watch this space.

I like both of them, so seeing them finally bonding in there was great. I hope both of them now work hard to maintain that new found friendship.
But it's probably be over tomorrow

It looked like children bullying each other to me - sorry.
Not the sort of behaviour I want coppied.

To be honest, I think it's not so much a 'friendship' as a 'truce' ...
I like that they don't want to spend the next few weeks sniping at each other.. it's boring. Obviously they aren't friends, and probably won't ever be friends, but if they can get along on the surface it will be a better show.
The task was hilarious. I love when they show tasks. It's far more interesting than the same drama and the Steverly show..

It was a decent truth from them both, very mature

It was good to see them working together on a task definitely. I doubt they ever will be friends as such but they both really put a massive effort into making that team do well, along with the others too.
That was really a pleasant thing to watch for a change.

Yeah I agree with most people really, I saw it as more of a truce so they might both start enjoying their time more, especially for Ashleigh, she looked like she was having so much more fun this episode

It seemed like Helen's crosshairs were shifted from Ashleigh to Marlon.
This will likely seal Marlon's fate Monday.
Good thread. Yes, tonight's show was probably my fave episode. I recorded it as I watched the footie first. :hehe:
As I know first hand, team - building exercises and working together for a common goal is an excellent way to bring people who are at loggerheads together. I think Helen has conceded that Ashleigh is a strong player and has a new - found respect for her, and I think Ashleigh has listened to her Mum's advice to just enjoy herself and is going for it.
I think both of them realize there is nothing to be gained from carrying on the animosity.
But.....all that could change when the 3 new HM's enter (if Ashleigh stays). :fc:
The whole dynamic is going to change again and just about anything could happen....:idc:

I agree with most that it was refreshing to see them just put it aside. Is it going to last? Who knows with Helen but it was good seein them get along for a change.

Ashleigh get's saved from eviction & now Helen likes her. Funny that (!).
She did the same with Jale.
I just hope Ashleigh can see through it.
If not her day's are numbered.
When is someone going to really stand up to Helen & not back down ?.
She has this awful hold over the house.

I agree with some that it is more of a truce than anything else. They both know they are not going to be friends but that they can work together which was good to see. The new found respect was because yesterday she stuck in no questions asked and as Helen said not letting their issues interfere with the task.

I think both Helen and Ashleigh both stand to gain by having a truce.
Ashleigh gets to stop worrying about Helen and can relax a bit and enjoy her time in the House.
Helen has had many warnings for her language and behaviour in the house. She cannot help herself and as she has a pass to the final her biggest worry must be getting ejected from the house due to her anger getting the better of herself. So having a truce with Ashleigh (her biggest rival in there) lets her relax a bit more and enjoy her time knowing that she is not being wound up and pushed over the limit by anybody (Ashleigh).
So it probably is a mutually beneficial arrangement.
It won't last though...........

Danielle is such a fraud and Kimberly has reduced herself to a blow up doll with sound effects, making Helen my second favourite girl
She's still horrible though

Kim is getting pretty bitchy about Ashleigh lately too, trying to turn Danielle against her, more so than Helen even
