So if for example you were at the beach or something, would you be comfortable enough in your own skin just to walk around in your swimsuit, or would you cover up?

Yeah, kind of. I mean I'd never walk around in speedos or anything but confident enough.
Not really, but I'm beginning to not care and I'm going to start working out again because I feel a lot more confident in my self when I do. I think I look a lot better than I did a couple of years ago though.

If I'm at the beach I'm generally ok, I'm aware there are people there that look better than me but I just look past it and enjoy the sun :)

Probably not, I've got a lot of scars and such from over the years and I'm a bit self conscious about them.

I'm not too bothered on holiday.....the people there don't know me and will never see me again....I'm more self conscious at home with what I wear...
..yeah, I'm totally fine with how I look but I wouldn't say it's something that gives me confidence though either..that's more to do with who I am and I wouldn't say I was the most confident of people...

I'd definitely cover up on a beach, I don't sunbathe I mostly go for walks when I'm on them, so yea I wouldn't do that in swimwear. Actually I don't even own any, I hate swimming.
And as for being comfortable in my body, sometimes I feel good.

I'm pretty comfortable with my body I have a decent figure I think...but not so much in a bathing suit i have a scar on my shoulder which I need to cover up as it hurts when exposed to the sun..
No I won't go outside unless my arm and legs are covered lol
Not particularly, university has seen me have three years of terrible diet and no exercise so I'm now suffering from the curse of the beer belly and unfitness. Been working on that the last few weeks by starting running again though
Its horrible in the heat though

Kind of...I went to the beach last week and worse a bikini top and and a pair of cut offs and it was a big deal for me so I was still a bit uncomfortable but it's a big jump from this time last year when I went on holiday and wore t shirts and knee length shorts.
