Yep. Being on the public's side will automatically give them an advantage even if they're up against the favourites. If they vote out a favourite they're basically guaranteed an eviction next time. The public are already loyal to the original housemates so they need to play into the public's hand.

Evict whoever I don't like probably. I'd probably not win anyway so would rather enjoy myself while it lasts and share the house with people I like if possible.

I can't see myself even having a gameplan tbh but its hard to say if that would change once you're in there.
