That was the whole point of "Armageddon" week. Some tediously repetitive promo campaign for ad revenue. Like most of the tasks.

I hate how the show has come to this.

The fact that that particular cut of the trailer (because there are about 10 different ones!) has the two apes on horseback appearing from behind an illuminated BB Eye surely can't just be coincidence....right ?
The eye is even in the same colours as this years BB UK Eye too! I wonder if that's an International trailer or one that's been edited with that BB Eye just for the UK ?

I love the Planet of the Apes films (still prefer the original ones and the TV Series though!) but when they try to shove something down your throat as much as they're doing with this one i start to feel myself feeling negative about the film before i've even seen it. Bloody idiots!!!!:bored:

I think that they made this one specifically for C5, as I haven't seen it on any other channels and they've got a Product Placement deal with Big Brother atm.

It's putting me off watching the film rather than wanting to watch it. :laugh:

Armageddon is clearly a week of advertising Planet of the Apes, the housed being well-themed, millions of adverts and no public vote for evicting the main housemates (imagine how much they would make for that this week?!) shows that they must be getting some big money for this.
