View Full Version : Josh meets Helen

Interesting extract from Josh's Journal on his website:

23 January

‘I down some sparkling water to make me feel better just before the delightful Helen turns up. She is looking radiant and healthy (bitch) and has a huge chirpy smile on her face (no change there then). Her boobs however look massive which plies the question is she expecting small Mr Clarkes. Not a chance, but they have however bought a house together and are moving on on 23rd February. Pushing for more does not get me an invite for a moving in party!'

CLICK HERE (http://www.joshandpecs.com/journal_flash.asp) for the link to Josh's Journal. It's really quite detailed and he seems to be involved in a lot of charity work for Crusaid and the Landmark Trust.

So, some juicy gossip here - we know the date when Paul & Helen officially move into their new lovenest! :hello:  :hello:

Very Interesting. Good detective work Kaz

Maybe I should go driving around the Hadley Wood area on Saturday the 23rd and see if I can spot any removal vans! :spin2:

No, honest, I'm not a stalker :spin:

No, honest, I'm not a stalker :spin:

:flower::flower::flower::flower:

Course you aren't.

Shall I drive whilst you look, or would you rather drive? We could all meet up, synchronise watches, divide up the area and make a systematic sweep.

What? Me, obsessed? Naaaw!:spin2:

LEE - if you're not there to supervise the 'flitting' and report back to this site, then you'd better have a blinking good reason why not!! :joker: :joker: :joker:

We're relying on you!!

I can borrow my sister's Border Collie - she's a good tracker dog! I'll make sandwiches, take flasks, everything.

I wish Hadley Wood wasn't so far from Manchester though - shame.

I'm a bit far off as well, but, hey, the world is a small place. A few miles down the A1 is nothing in return for a glimpse of Paul leanining back on the van for a breather, wiping the perspiration from his glistening chest with the familiar tee-shirt he will have just pulled tantalisingly over his head..............remember that diet coke advert.............
:shocked::hugesmile::blush::hugesmile::shocked:

Not sure what excuse I could give to OH for the trip though

, but why was Josh looking at her boobs?????

Why indeed? I thought that. .....
'Smack, what are you doing there Josh? Am I being cool now?' Paul was not that daft...........

Now back to that moving experience, assuming that we are successful and locate the loveshack, we could be helpful passers by.

Unfortunately, I can't doing any heavy lifting before June, but I could supervise. You know, walk up the stairs behind him in case he slipped.................

You know, the saddest thing about all this is that in reality I will probably spend the day reading, baking and doing a little embroidery.

I will appear, in every possible discernable way, to be just the middle-aged Guardian reading vegetarian woman that my husband, colleagues and friends believe me to be.

But underneath that veneer of respectability.............. :elephant::colour::elephant:

I too am middle-aged Guardian reading woman too but I want to come out with Lee, ROB and all the rest of you sightseeing in Hadley Woods on 23rd. I'll organise the mini-bus and drive, we can start in Bury on Friday and travel round the country picking up mad BB addicts from all points before converging on Cockfosters at dawn! With all the food supplies, binoculars, tracker dogs etc. organised they won't stand a chance, will they?

I hate to be the wet blanket here, but they really need space here. Next to death of spouse moving is quite high up in the list of stressfull experiences in its own right, with out us motley bunch decamping to their doorstep :nono:

They are going to be perstered enough by the rat pack for various tabloids.

As for Josh, I found his remarks ungallant and reprehensible. This is the comment likely to start more false rumours. As stated in another place, the effect he noticed could be the result of the wearing of a certain brand of undergarment. Nuf Said :nono:

BTW I used to live in Bury on the Woodbank Estate. Is the East Lancashire Railway stil going ?

Sticks,

Bless you, lighten up son.

We will be discrete, and if Paul needs space, he can share my king size bed anytime!

No, maybe not, he would never be the same again, and he needs more than invalidity benefit to keep Helen in 'labels' for the next 50 years or so...........

So, fellow conspirators, what time are we meeting and where? I could do it alone I suppose, striding out of Hadley Woods all mysterious, like David 'Kung Fu' Carradine.......

Or like the Lone Ranger, with Feefs as Tonto, and my Mazda as Silver.

'Helen, who was that ma(d)sked woman? I never even asked her name!'

'I know Paul, spooky, wasn't it!'

Now, back to planning our virtual trip. What do you think the weather will be like? Will I have to wear something underneath my kilt?

I reckon 10 a.m. would be a good time to meet in eager anticipation. That'll give me time to drop off my stuff at LEE's and get changed into my combats and balaclava. Not knowing the area at all, I'm open to suggestions as to the actual rendezvous point. :spin2:

Fear not R.O.B., we won't leave you in splendid isolation. We can all emerge from the woods together - Robina Hood and her merrie (mad)women.

Abso-bloomin-lutely Miriam. We will need all hands on deck. Hadley Wood is right on the outskirts of London with lots of green bits, so we've got quite a big area to cover. It includes a couple of golf courses and a country club. Helen really could become a Posh Bird!

I suggest we infiltrate these establishments to find out the local gossip. I'm not very good, but I do own a set of golf clubs, so I could pretend to be a potential new member. Of course I wouldn't want to join any old stuffy club, so I'll have to ask if there are any nice young couples about.

Now, can anyone remember back to the early reports in the papers. They listed some celebs who are supposed to live in the area. Should we contact them for information too?

Sticks does have a point about the possibility of there being some nasty hacks trying to get a scoop. I'll bring a big stick in case that Mr Mohan man turns up. :spin:

Abso-bloomin-lutely Miriam

You're definitely in Miriam! As if we would overlook a woman of such discerning tastes!

Now, by my count there's nine of us.
There's Kaz, Lee, ROB, Feefs, Janette, Susieq, Peachy, Discolady and Miriam.

Blinkinlovely has given her support, but we know Sticks doesn't approve and probably has a sense of impending doom about it all! :nono:

Despite this worrying revelation, you know, I think it can be done! And, by golly, we're the ones who can do it! I've looked on multi-map, and it's not a very big residential area at all. Just a few streets and houses.

A reconnaisance mission could include the golf club. I also have a half set of clubs (left over from yet another abortive attempt from my OH to get me interested in sport).
Fore!
However, is this the best gossip haven? I think local school-kids are fantastic at this. Anyone have North London teenage contacts?

Now, as to

I'll bring a big stick in case that Mr Mohan man turns up. :spin:

That sucker's mine!

P.S. If you are reading this sneakily from work Paul, don't worry, we wouldn't dream of it, and respect your privacy. We would never do anything to harm you, and I personally only want to play with you. However, don't tell Sticks, because it's a wizard wheeze winding him up!

Wouldn't it be great if Paul did read our magnificent postings, just so that he'd know he was still loved.

Seriously, can you imagine the disparate group members of the TIBB Hadley Wood expeditionary force pounding the pavements in hot pursuit?

Led by the intrepid collie, straining at the leash, we could speedwalk(you know, that bum-waddling thing) up and down until we located the target.

Then, we could distract Helen with a glittery shiny thing whilst the more seasoned members of the group smuggle Paul into my car.

Here I can inaugurate him into some of the pleasures which only maturity, skill and experience can bring.:shocked:
I feel it is only fair to Helen that he should be fully versed in these before making that lifetime commitment.

Not wishing to be entirely selfish, when I have finished with him, and if he is still breathing, of course the rest of you can have him. I think it is only fair to state at this point, however, that once a man has eaten my Dutch Applecake, he is unlikely to want for more!
Paul, once again, if you're looking in, you're mine! It may take time, it may take patience, it may take great cunning and fortitude. I will prevail!

Mine, all mine I tell you!

ROB, you are brilliant. You make me laugh so much. However, do I detect just a tiny hint of selfishness where Mr. Clarke is concerned?

I love the idea of us all going down to Hadley Wood but I think Sticks should come along too. Go on, Sticks, say you will. You know you want to really.

By the way, do you think a mini-bus with "I love Helen and Paul" stickers all over it might be a bit too obvious? We don't want to blow our cover, do we?

Ok, I've increased the size of the mini-bus to accommodate everyone. I still think that Sticks ought to come. He would be SOOO organised. He could supply detailed ordinance survey maps of the whole area complete with grid references and detailed instructions of exactly which street each person has to cover. Come on Sticks you needn't be frightened of all us women, a big bold cyber warrior like you! I am wondering if a min-bus is going to be big enough or whether I ought to book a full size coach. After all, we don't want our celebrity hostage to be uncomfortable when ROB and Chilledbootz have him pinned down on the back seat, do we. Now Sticks I need to know do I make a slight! detour up to Newcastle to pick you up. I'm also worried about Mark, who's going to look after him when we're all away?

When ever I need to be somewhere I travel covertly and alone, it is a more secure way.

As a Cyber Warrior for my liege I am duty bound to maintain his and his lady's well being.

I do not feel that a coach party descending on them when they are trying to move in, will maintain their well being.

Besides I prefer covert operations. You would do better to run interference on the rat pack media. Besides I have a meeting arranged with a representative from a communications firm.

Perhaps as well as a collie we need a rotweiler or something

No problems - Jodie (my sister's border collie) is trained to seriously maim lowlife. She's a good stalker and can sniff out undesirables at 100 yards. I can see her know as Mr Mohan approaches - crouching down on all fours, edging forward. What's this - oh no! her bottom's in the air, it's wriggling from side to side and she's away - legging it down the street. Mr M is toast guys - she's got him in a Jodie death grip from which there is no escape. I'm training her to 'bite on sight'. She's shown a picture of Mr Mohan every day and is given a biscuit when she's ripped the paper to shreds!! She loves her new favourite game.

Anyway, to the transport arrangements. I can see things are well in hand and I think you're right - we'll need a coach. I think a 52 seater should do it - we need room for Chilled and ROB to have their wicked way with Mr C - perhaps we could hire the Pop Idol bus (it looks very comfy), suitably redecorated in muted, blend in with the scenery colours of course. Anyone got any connections with ITV?

PS - ladies, take it easy with PC - he's but a simple lad with a sweet nature and totally unused to the attention of rampant and lascivious females - NOT!!!!

Listen, how many times do I have to tell you this? He will be completely safe with me, 'cos I only want to play with him.

And, if it all gets a little too much for him, and he needs a little tender care and affection to restore him to full health and vigour after his exertions, well, remember I AM a trained nurse.

I can clutch him lovingly to my ample bosom, and, if that's not enough, and if he's really debilitated, lying wan, listless, and helpless on the back seat of the LURVE Bus, then there's always my speciality cure!

It is reknowned for it's miraculous restorative powers, and has been spoken of in hushed, reverential tones throughout the land.

It is the ROB BED BATH!

Oh Yeah baby, it rocks! Almost worth getting sick for....

I shouldn't really give my secrets away but...

You must start by putting the patient at their ease, and telling them exactly what you're going to do to them.
Then you remove all their clothes, and cover them with a sheet. Then, you take a soft cloth and gently sponge their face, arms, and chest. Then you roll them gently over and wash their back, then you wash their feet and legs, always working towards the heart. After washing and rinsing each part of the body, you gently pat dry with a soft fluffy towel. Then you should, if the patent is strong enough, offer the cloth to them to wash their own ahem 'particulars', but, if the patient is extremely weak, well, you just HAVE to do it for them!

This eventuality does call for a trained nurse of course. Someone who is professional, efficient, completely trustworthy and ethical.

Don't worry Mr Clarke, you're completely safe in my hands...............................

Ok, I thought I'd update everyone on how the arrangements for the virtual reality trip to Hadley Woods on the 23rd are going. Firstly, I've booked Will and his tour bus for the day. Now, I know some of you might think that this could be proving a little expensive but no worries, Endemol are going to pay. They accept that we are all in need of help and their team of psychologists feel that the trip will give us a degree of closure. So that's fine. (little do they know we don't want closure, but never mind eh). Will is bringing Gareth will him. We felt that he could help to distract Helen, as it could take him a little while to explain to her who we are and why we're putting a large orange checked duvet over paul's head and dragging him into the tour bus! I've told Gareth to tell Helen that ROB is only trying a re-enactment of the Paul and Penny on the bed scene from Week 3, so that should be OK. While Chilledbootz and ROB are busy playing with Paul, Lee will be setting up her digital camera and dictaphone for an in-depth interview which will take place the minute he is allowed to come up for air. As Endemol are paying I suggest caviar and pate de foie gras sandwiches for us, and coleslaw, of course, for H&P.
As ROB has said on another thread, after the playing, interview, photoshoot and after our own personal cyber warrior has emerged from the woods telling us that we can expect something beginning with D, ending with M and with 2 OOs in the middle, at any moment, we are all expecting to be invited in to watch the Will TV special at H&P's mini-house thingy. After which we will form the traditional arch, have a group hug, say and then there were 12 and then, I think we're gonna have to leave. At which point I'm gonna need everyone's help as I think Chilledbootz and ROB are going to have to be dragged off Paul kicking and screaming.
Is this all OK, so far?

Thanks for all the suggestions. Big Sister, of course you can come with us. We need all the help we can get. Especially help with resucitating Paul after Kaz, Chilledbootz and ROB have all finished with him, can you administer oxygen and heart massage? I think the Robot Kit is an inspired idea as is Anna Corn-on-the-cob. The only problem I can foresee is trying to keep Helen away from Anna K. We dont want her 'dragging her out of this house by her hair', as she threatened to do with Naz, do we? Apart from that, it's all systems go. That may not be necessary - if we look after him properly and we still have Gareth to hand, there's bound to be some angelic healing power from the aura of his white suit.

I think the Robot Kit is an inspired idea Me too. In fact I may be fighting Paul for said Robot Kit. At the very least I'd like to help. Then I might distract him with a light sabre or something. NOTE TO SELF: swot up on Star Wars Trivia and bring tools (to be kept in tight pockets).

This is going to be an AMAZING, AMAZING outing, and I won't let any D**M come into it. The only possible flaw in the above plans are that Will and Gareth may have to leave early. After all, it might be hard for them to be ON tv at the same time as tending to our personal needs. Let's hope it's pre-recorded.

Sorry guys, but to reiterate this but I still think you should leave the couple alone so the move can proceed without incident. If you must descend on a certain area of North London, then I would prefer it if you ran interference on the gutter press.

I am required to attend a meeting with a communications company on the date in question, whose name for the moment must be withheld :nono:

I may be getting in touch with a fellow Cyber Warrior, but can not guarantee their availability.

Don't worry Sticks - Plan B is already in full swing (and we also have Plans C - Z to fall back on).

There is nothing to stop us in our quest - we have all the angles covered, the supplies are taken care of, enemy agents (Mr M - you know who you are) are under covert surveillance around the clock and Agent Jody is ready to spring into action as and when required.

Job's a doddle guys - get the orange blankets at the ready, it's nearly time to go in - we'll do the synchronise your watches thingy on Friday. http://thisisbigbrother.com/forum/images/smilies/thumbs.gif

I know, can't believe I missed this info until I skimmed thro' yesterday's Lorraine. I would definitely recognise this house. H getting out of the drivers seat of the blue Audi Quattro (which with Helen's driving record, proves Paul loves her), walking down des res area, beautiful Edwardian town house, bright blue freshly painted front door, all new carpets. Surely they are being a little indiscreet if this is the loveshack?

Two things make me think maybe not.

One, the decor is tasteful/conservative/neutral, which I just don't see with H

Two, Paul said his house would be 'minimalist' with an enormous chrome/white bed. This was a nice modest little brass bedstead number. Unless it was the spare room of course....

I do wonder if it was a short term let. Anyway, all good background info. Shall I post the itinery later?

Romantic Old Bird
22-02-2002, 09:00 PM
A few high winds won't stop us! Good grief! Where's your Dunkirk spirit?

OK chaps. chocks away, here's the plan:

ROB's son has 'spookily' passed his minibus test this week, and thinks he is taking us on a trip to the London Eye. He is picking ROB up at 02.00hrs, travelling north west, and Discolady and Miriam are being picked up at 04.00hrs at M6 junction 19., then SE to pick up Peachy at O5.30hrs junction 11. From there the bus will progress to join the MI at junction 19, and on down to the M25, junction 23.

I know there are many others, and anyone not already booked on the VTIBB trip, please bear in mind that room in the minibus is a little tight, but we will try to accomodate you.

Please make sure you are at the South Mimms Harvester Resturant by 0700hrs. GMT, next to the potted palm.

Everybody must wear Glitter, an orange blanket, and bring a packed lunch and a bottle of Cider.

We distribute individual orders at 07.15hrs, and seperate into pairs, each taking a carefully defined area. All sightings must be immediately notified to the leader by mobile, and the code will be 'Lush' for a Helen sighting, 'Phwoar' for a Paul sighting* and 'Bless' for both.

* please note, anyone sighting Paul and not passing on this information to the group will be dealt with severely. Don't be greedy.

We will synchronise watches at 07.30hrs, and then make our way to our individual reconnaisance areas in Hadley Wood. The rendezvouz point is near the entrance to the Golf course, where the minibus will be parked. Telephone check-ins must be made to the minibus every 30 minutes.

When the target is sighted, all members of the group will congregate to discuss how the offensive should be mounted. ROB is willing to form the vanguard, and distract Paul, keeping him occupied in the bus, having lured him inside with a generous helping of Dutch apple cake whilst the remainder of the group befriend Helen.

We will, of course, then make ourselves indispensable to the couple, by helping to unpack and settle down with them in time to watch Will's finest hour on TV.

At 11pm, ROB's baffled and bribed son will be wakened from his kip the back roomto start his marathon return run.

And a good time will have been had by all.

We will not contemplate failure.

Discolady - OK if you and I go down together - same neck of the woods and all that. I'll have Jody with me so hope you like dogs. She's very friendly but has obviously been honed to perfection in the art of tracking enemy agents. I'll be bringing her own orange blanket so she doesn't get cold - bless.

I know the weather's a bit rough but us Northern women are made of strong stuff and it'll take more than a little wind and rain to deter us from our quest - Sticks, you know nothing of the determination of the female sex. We have our goal, our aim is true, our blankets are orange and it's all systems go.

Sticks - your hired decoys did not fool Jody the wonder dog. They are where they belong, in the skip out back.

The day was fab ladies - wind & rain did not deter us and we were justly rewarded. Liked the decor didn't you? Very stylish I thought even though pink glitter lampshades are not really my thing.

As I've said on another post - ROB, Chilledbootz and KAZ - you very naughty women - your strenuous activities not only took their toll on the poor Mr C (bless him - I had to offer my gentle, soothing hands to calm the poor lad down!), but the suspension on the Pop Idol bus is well and truly knackered. The invoice will be winging it's way to us so cough up!! Worth it though eh.

Wasn't it nice of them to invite us down for Easter - we always knew they were a nice couple - don't forget the Barbie Easter Egg for the lovely Helen (come on, we did promise) and, of course, the Action Man egg for Paul.

Anyway - see you soon for a debrief. Great day, enjoyed every minute!!

Just a few thanks to various people who made yesterday a truly great day. I've only just surfaced myself. But felt I must thank Will and Gareth for the duet of Evergreen, thanks guys! Kaz, it was an inspiration to bring the rubber clad nurses uniforms and light sabres for us all. It made getting Paul on board the bus so much easier. So well done girl, good thinking. Rob has been walking round with a Madonna-like smile on her face after Paul said he really enjoyed the bed bath. He said he felt 'really relaxed and not worried about stuff any more'. And Sticks I feel I can't let you hide your light under a bushel any longer. After camping out in the woods for the last three months protecting the mini-house thingy from alien invasion and making sure the buildrers installed the IKEA kitchen correctly we finally persuaded you to join us for the guided tour of the love-nest. I can now confirm that contrary to rumours after three bottles of wine Sticks proved to us all conclusively that it was NOT him who sent in the willy piercing video as an audition tape for BB3. I know that you're all wondering how I know this, well you see he showed us.......

a copy of his audition tape. So there you go proof positive!

Well girls it's all over now until Easter when we travel down again. I think it might take me until then to compose myself. But phew, what memories we all have.

What colour do you think the bridesmaids dresses will be? I'm guessing pink and glittery, but I don't know. Helen might not want us wearing in the same colour as her.

And has anyone chosen their frock yet for this engagement do? If I keep using Helen's video I might risk exposing my legs to the world! Should we go for a coordinated look? I think we should avoid orange blankets this time, because that colour is not flattering on me, and even if Paul is off the market, he might invite his BBLB pal Dermot! :spin2::love:

The fowl weather up here meant I was stuck in Newcastle. Apparently the weather was so bad up here that on the A1 near York there was a serious car crash, and two Sea King Helecopters had to keep putting down due to adverse conditions.

Anyway it was not to keep mobiles working, but to jam any mobiles from the rat pack journalists. Our aim is to keep the couple out of the spotlight.

And we must say the arrival of a Pop Idol bus did not help. None of you noticed any of the other cyber warriors, as we are trained to blend in and become invisible.

It was lucky that there were other "news Stories" to bury this news. From the feedback given They had a lot of work cut out, running interference. You are asked not to do this again as it makes our close protection job difficult

Abby,

I'm glad you're a great Paul fan.

Let's face it, the guy is a class act, too gorgeous to be consigned to the anonymous, if lucrative world of car design. He should be on our TV's now!

He doesn't need to say anything, he can just sit there and look cute!:hello:

However, I am also inexplicably attracted to that deep hybrid southern drawl, even though it is saved from being monotonous only by the odd upward question-like inflection he uses at the end of each, like, sentance?

Bless his little cotton socks:love:

You may be a GREAT Paul fan, but more devoted than ROB? Don't even think it girlfriend!

He is mine! Since Saturday, he has been on the phone, begging me to meet up with him again. He says he's confused, and he wants to meet up outside the house, to see if his feelings are still the same.

I mean, I've tried to reason with him, convince him he's far better off with a young nubile lass like Helen, but he says he didn't mean it to happen, and it's my personality that he's fallen for!

I think this is a fantastic plan, but be sure to keep copies of all correspondence for posting here! I'd like to see more than just a test of Paul trivia - we need to see what lengths they are prepared to go to for the man himself, but I'm not sure how we could test that.

Perhaps the first person to take a photo of themselves and Paul in the Ford car park with and a big cake and a black lilly wins?

Abby, you got it in one! Such discernment in one so young!

Sticks the eye in the sky, the one and only Cyber Warrior of Orwellian proportions, and he does look like that!

Whereas, I am often mistaken for Anna Kournikova.

I'm willing to fight for Paul, but Queensberry rules will NOT apply. Every girl for herself.

He's tried the best, he don't want the rest!

HA - he started it!

I have been beginning to wonder about this thread. In LEE's interview, Josh said he was always looking for feedback and would come and see what we have to say. Naturally with a title like 'Josh meets Helen', he's bound to check what we have to say on this one. The question is
- will he laugh at/with us,
- will he sulk because we got bored talking about him?
- will he be straight on the phone to the Endemol psychologists and tell them they have work to do? or (my personal favourite)
- will he mention us in his next newspaper interview on 'the madness that is a BB addict'?

By the way Abby - you're doing very well at fitting in for one so new to us and our strange ways.

Abby, of course you haven't upset me love!

I suspect you are a wee bit younger than me, in fact, who isn't? I am indeed an old bird, but a game one! :joker:

In the real world () Paul would probably ask me to tuck him in and read him a story.

And I would, after making sure he'd buttoned up his jim-jams properly, drunk his milk and cleaned his teeth.

Then I'd  him goodnight, and wish him sweet , and then, just when he'd snuggled down, safe in the knowledge that all was right in Clarkie's little world, I'd :dazzler: a little lullaby and

RAVISH HIM WITHIN AN INCH OF HIS LIFE!:devil::laugh:

Well rescued Abby! :hello:

I could have thrown a Stuart-like strop - 'I am totally offended by that remark....', but I know exactly what you mean!

You are only as old as the man you feel, so they say, and applying that logic to the lovely, double cool young man in my avatar, I am now a sprightly 25 in 'Kaz's little world'!!.

Abby, I'm watching you! 20, PAH!

Mr Clarke is a thing of beauty. he must be cherished, and needs a safe pair of hands to look after his interests.

I am a research fellow at the Institite of Lurve, and he has offered to help me complete my dissertation on 'Women who love too much'.

He admits to not being terribly academic, but seem keen to help with the field experiments.

How can one turn down such a generous offer?:spin:

Hmmm Abby, are you 5'11", or bouncing on the pogo stick!

I don't want to worry you, but Paul seems to have spotted something in your hair:shocked:

No offence intended Abby, probably he's marvelling at it's lustrous sheen, and thinking that it looks not only amazing, but also really, really cool!
